With high-profile transfers Jenika Cuocco (goalie, Drexel) and Maddie Epke (attack, James Madison) already in the fold, Northwestern has continued to add via the transfer portal this summer.

The latest addition by Kelly Amonte Hiller is former Syracuse attacker Olivia Adamson, arguably the top offensive player available. Northwestern announced its new offensive weapon on Instagram Tuesday afternoon.

From St. Petersburg, Fla., Adamson produced 129 goals with 61 assists in 67 career games with the Orange. The former All-American had 10 goals and six assists through three games in 2025 before missing the remainder of the year.

An added element to her game, which has not been on display since 2023, is her draw skills. She controlled 107 draws that year and could provide Northwestern another option (alongside Epke) in the circle. The Wildcats, NCAA runners up in May, have significant production to replace in that area.

The trio of Madison Taylor, Adamson and Epke figures to be one of the best in college lacrosse next season.
