Syracuse's Emma Ward is the USA Lacrosse Division I Women's Player of the Week, as announced Tuesday by USA Lacrosse Magazine.
The grad-year attacker had a hand in the first five goals and finished with seven points (three goals, four assists) to lead the Orange to a convincing 15-9 win at Maryland in a top-10 showdown Saturday.

Jana Nuss, A, St. Leo
With a game-high seven points, Nuss had a hand in seven of her team's goals in a 10-9 upset at Flagler. Nuss also surpassed 100 career points while helping undefeated St. Leo capture its first-ever victory over a top-10 opponent.
Erin Lucas, A, Clark
The senior put together an all-around game in the team’s 19-8 victory over Gordon. Lucas had game-highs in goals (5), assists (5), and points (10). She also won four draw controls while picking up two ground balls and causing a turnover for good measure.
