Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. The UMass men picked up a quality mid-week victory over Hofstra on Tuesday.
Devin Spencer dropped six points and Gabriel Procyk tallied four goals to lead the Minutemen to a 16-10 win over the Pride. The UMass defense held Ryan Tierney to just two goals.
2. Gabby Fornia was a record-breaker for Vanderbilt this weekend.
She dropped three goals and nine assists in a victory over East Carolina — breaking both the program record and the AAC record for points in a game. She’s our Player of the Week.

3. Jake Naso is a freshman, but he’s one of Duke’s most important players.
Naso won 24 of 32 faceoffs in the thrilling victory over Syracuse last Thursday, which helped Duke retain the No. 1 spot in our rankings. He’s our Player of the Week.

4. Conestoga (Pa.) and Stone Ridge (Md.) enter the Nike/US Lacrosse High School Girls’ National Top 25.
Conestoga picked up a huge win over Agnes Irwin to enter the top 10, while Stone Ridge enters the ranking ahead of a matchup with McDonogh (Md.) next month.

5. Archbishop Spalding (Md.) rises and Culver (Ind.) falls in the Nike/US Lacrosse High School Boys’ National Top 25
Spalding took down Malvern Prep (Pa.) on March 20 and followed it with a win over Severn (Md.). Malvern Prep followed the loss to Spalding with an overtime win over Culver.
