UMBC made a late four-goal rally to force overtime, but Brown's Ryan Aughaven scored in overtime to give the Bears a 14-13 victory. Luke McCaleb scored five goals for Brown while the faceoff tandem of Jason Simaan and Matt McShea combined to win 21 of 31 faceoffs. Brett McIntyre scored five goals for UMBC.
