The 2024 Premier Lacrosse League College Draft will see 32 players over four rounds enter the PLL player pool ahead of the 2024 season, which begins June 1-2 in Albany, N.Y.
USA Lacrosse Magazine is following the draft live, and the below draft table will be updated in real time with each pick.
Follow along to see which players will continue their professional lacrosse dreams — and which teams will load up for a potential championship runs this summer.
Brennan O'Neill was selected first overall by the Denver Outlaws.
“I think he is a dominant player that we haven't seen in a while,” Outlaws coach Tim Soudan said.
Soudan said O'Neill could box come out of the box or play on attack alongside Logan Wisnauskas.
By taking Liam Entenmann with the fifth-overall pick, the New York Atlas opened the door for Brian Holman and the Boston Cannons to select his Notre Dame teammate, Pat Kavanagh, at No. 6 — pairing him with his older brother, Matt.
Kavanagh, the 2024 ACC offensive player of the year, is one of the shiftiest players in the draft.
The first shocker? The Utah Archers selected Mason Woodward out of Marquette with the final pick of the first round, surprising many who thought Jake Piseno would be the first LSM off the board.
Archers coach Chris Bates praised the athleticism and footwork of Woodward.
“We feel very confident that he's going to able to handle his business all over the field,” Bates said.
There was a run on midfielders to start the second round, with the Outlaws pouncing on LSM Jake Piseno to kick things off. Jake Stevens was taken next by New York Atlas head coach Mike Pressler, a selection lauded by ESPN analyst Paul Carcaterra because of how it can impact multiple areas of the roster.
The Outlaws chose Graham Bundy Jr. of Georgetown at No. 11, followed by the Chaos' selection of Eric Dobson of Notre Dame.
Four outstanding attackmen came off the board to start the third round, highlight by TJ Malone at No. 17 overall to the Maryland Whipsnakes. Malone — the two-time defending Big Ten offensive player of the year — was projected as a round-one talent on most big boards.
The second goalie off the board was not Will Mark — it was Chayse Ierlan to the California Redwoods at pick No. 29. Mark was the No. 7 overall player on Carcaterra's big board.
That will do it for the draft. The final totals:
12 Attack
8 Defense
5 Midfield
2 LSM
2 SSDM
2 Goalie
1 Faceoff
