North Carolina and Northwestern won their respective conference tournaments — and they are Nos. 1 and 2 in the final in-season USA Lacrosse Division I Women's Top 20, presented by CWENCH Hydration.

Two more Big Ten teams check in at Nos. 3 and 4 — Maryland and Johns Hopkins, respectively. All told, there are five Big Ten teams in the top 10, including Michigan at No. 7.

The final in-season ranking is reflective of results from the ACC and B1G tournaments — meaning there is still much left to be decided during conference tournament week. The final ranking of 2026, which will be revealed following the conclusion of the season, will reflect all that transpires from now until then.
