USA Lacrosse named its NCAA Division I women’s All-Americans on Thursday, recognizing the top players in the country in 2025.

Thirty-four schools are represented in this year’s list, though no schools have more representation than the top two programs in the nation this season — North Carolina and Boston College.

Both teams earned eight All-American nods, and both earned three first-team nods. North Carolina, currently ranked No. 1 in the USA Lacrosse Top 20, and Boston College, currently ranked second, are the only two schools to rank No. 1 at any point during the 2025 season.

Five teams tied for the second-most All-Americans with five —Johns Hopkins, Michigan, Northwestern, Princeton and Yale.
