NORTHEAST
Rocco Spallina, Massapequa (N.Y.)
Joey wasn’t the only Spallina to break a school scoring record this season.
His cousin, Rocco, a Massapequa junior attackman, accomplished that feat against Oceanside (N.Y.) on April 28. Spallina scored six goals in the 17-6 victory and has 25 goals in his last five games.
The Penn commit has 131 career goals in three years, eclipsing Ian Kirby’s previous record of 122 career goals set in 2014. Spallina also has 56 assists for 187 career points.
“Rocco has been dialed in since day one. After putting in the work during the offseason, it is translating into massive confidence on the field,” Massapequa coach Kevin Catalano said. “He is playing with a chip on his shoulder, and he is playing with physicality and a level of poise we haven’t seen before. He is expanding his range to become a true three-level scorer — he can score off the dodge, he can step down or find openings inside. He’s becoming a complete player."
Also notable: Cole Garrett, Fairfield Prep (Conn.); Billy Haggerty, Iona Prep (N.Y.); Landon O’Neil, Tabor (Mass.); Cameron Porter, Queensbury (N.Y.); Brayden Robertiello, Garden City (N.Y.); Joe Scavone IV, Lindenhurst (N.Y.)

MID-ATLANTIC
Danny Lucovich, Malvern Prep (Pa.)
The Inter-Ac League has been especially hard to run the table in over the years, but Danny Lucovich has helped the Friars remain unbeaten. In a big week for the conference, the junior attackman came up big. He scored a hat trick in a 9-7 win over Haverford School (Pa.). Then, he had another hat trick and added three assists in a 10-9 win over Episcopal Academy (Pa.). Malvern Prep swept both teams. Lucovich served as the catalyst to the attack that helped the Friars stay unbeaten in the Inter-Ac, one win away from clinching the title outright. Lucovich is committed to Penn State.

Finch has had a hat trick in more than half of St. Thomas Aquinas’ games this year. In last week’s win over Columbus (Fla.), the senior attackman set season highs with eight goals and four assists. He also had a goal and an assist in STA’s regional final win over Jupiter (Fla.). Finch is committed to Ohio State.

MIDWEST
Cole Narkiewicz, Western Reserve (Ohio)
Narkiewicz played a huge role in the Pioneers taking down the top-ranked team in the nation, Culver Academy (Ind.), in the Midwest Scholastic Lacrosse Association Tournament title game. The Richmond commit helped hold the Eagles to five goals, saving nine of the 14 shots that came his way (64 percent). That wasn’t even his best save percentage of the weekend as he stopped seven of nine shots (78 percent) the prior day against The Kiski School (Pa.).
Also notable: Kellen Bladon, Western Reserve (Ohio); Spencer Brooks, Rockhurst Jesuit (Mo.); Wyatt Giles, MICDS (Mo.); Hunter Harris, Western Reserve (Ohio); Camden Lemon, Rockhurst Jesuit (Mo.); Casey Mork, Stillwater (Minn.); Parker Old, Upper Arlington (Ohio); Tate Rich, Worthington Kilbourne (Ohio); E.B. WEST
Charlie Kiefer, Cherry Creek (Colo.)
Charlie Kiefer stepped up in the biggest moments of the week, delivering clutch performances in two of Cherry Creek’s toughest Colorado matchups. The senior defenseman showcased his all-around impact, combining for nine ground balls and seven caused turnovers. He made his mark offensively, as well, scoring two goals — including the game-winner in a thrilling victory over Regis Jesuit (Colo.).
Also notable: John Barnds, Sacred Heart Prep (Calif.); Auggie Chapman, Marin Catholic (Calif.); Jack Grisoni, Brophy (Ariz.); Tate LaCross, Brophy (Ariz.); Max Sloat, Sacred Heart Prep (Calif.); Max Wenger, Torrey Pines (Calif.)
