NORTHEAST
Mac Privateer, Choate (Conn.)
It was an instant classic when Choate and Deerfield (Mass.) reignited their rivalry on Saturday. A game with physicality, ebbs and flows, and lead changes came down to the wire, and the Big Green had a golden chance to tie the score late.
With a one-minute man-up in the final two minutes and possession when the sides were even, the Big Green were hunting for the equalizer. But Mac Privateer said no. The sophomore netminder, who made eight saves in the game, came up with a critical stop in the waning moments to secure Choate’s 11-10 win.
“While the play of guys like [SSDM] Paul Wable [North Carolina] helped to limit scoring threats, Mac made some big-time saves down the stretch, both when we were down a goal and tied, which gave us the opportunity to earn the win,” Choate coach Ethan McDonnell said. “The scary part? He’s still getting better every week."

MID-ATLANTIC
Will Trymbiski, La Salle (Pa.)
It was a big week for Trymbiski, and that made it a big week for La Salle. The senior attack was dominant on offense in a pair of hugely impactful wins. He scored a hat trick and added an assist in an 8-7 win over St. Anthony’s (N.Y.) in a key out-of-region matchup. After the Explorers handled Lansdale Catholic (Pa.) 19-1, Trymbiski looked unstoppable with five goals in a 7-3 win over Radnor (Pa.). He scored four straight early as La Salle took control. The wins pushed the Explorers to 7-2 and position them as favorites for a state title. That would be quite a way to exit for Trymbiski, who will continue at Hofstra next year.

SOUTH
James Finch, St. Thomas Aquinas (Fla.)
James Finch began his final high school postseason with a bang, scoring five goals and adding seven assists in St. Thomas Aquinas’ 22-0 win over Coral Reef (Fla.). For the season, the senior attacker has scored 39 goals and added 33 assists. Finch is committed to Ohio State.

MIDWEST
Bryceson Lamoureux, Culver Academy (Ind.)
Lamoureux helped ensure the Eagles had plenty of offense even when star Riley Woods (Princeton) was out, including four goals (on just seven shots) and three assists in a Golden Domer Spring Classic victory over Saint Ignatius Prep (Calif.). Even after Woods' return, Lamoureux continued to shine. Indeed, the Yale commit had another hat trick (and an assist) in a big-time Sunday victory over Delbarton (N.J.), one of the nation’s top teams.
Also notable: Max Aho, Blue Valley Southwest (Kan.); Luke Backes, Upper Arlington (Ohio); Griffin Brownfield, Blue Valley Southwest (Kan.); Steele Crissman, MICDS (Mo.); Lincoln O’Leary, Carmel (Ind.); Max Pasquale, Culver Academy (Ind.); Alex Peyton, St. Xavier (Ohio); Jacob Quintos, Lake Forest (Ill.); Declan Ryan, Worthington Kilbourne (Ohio); Holden Satterly, Western Reserve (Ohio); Brady Schneider, Stillwater (Minn.)

WEST
Ross Jacobsen, Torrey Pines (Calif.)
Ross Jacobsen led the way in Torrey Pines’ 9-8 overtime win over Good Counsel (Md.), finishing with three goals and an assist in a big out-of-state matchup. The senior captain and All-American continues to pace the offense as the team’s leading scorer and is closing in on the program’s all-time scoring record.
A Dartmouth commit, Jacobsen brings a complete offensive game with the ability to dodge, distribute, and make plays in big moments. With him at the center of it, Torrey Pines looks like a dangerous group heading into the final stretch.
Also notable: Wyatt Branish, Cherry Creek (Colo.); Cabell Buechner, Skyridge (Utah); Gavin Henry, Torrey Pines (Calif.); Ziggy Kidder, Cherry Creek (Colo.); Addy McKellar, Mater Dei Santa Ana (Calif.); Dom Principi, Torrey Pines (Calif.); Nick Stokes, Mater Dei Santa Ana (Calif.); Brandon Wright, Valor (Colo.)
