NORTHEAST
Maddie Greenwood, Phillips Andover (Mass.)
Monumental wins sometimes need monumental performances. That was the case for Phillips Andover and goalie Maddie Greenwood.
In a 9-8 victory over Noble & Greenough (Mass.), the first in 20 years, Greenwood was outstanding, making 13 saves. She followed that with five saves in an 11-2 victory against Holderness (N.H.).
“Maddie was outstanding in our game against Nobles. She anchored our defense, which held Nobles to only two goals in the first quarter and kept them scoreless in the second,” Phillips Andover coach Heidi Wall. “What’s more, Maddie did not let their six-goal run hold her back. She played strong and played a key role in helping the team possess the ball at the end of the fourth quarter to help ensure the win for the team.”

MID-ATLANTIC
Riley Davis, Academy of Notre Dame (Pa.)
Davis has lived up to the hype all season as the No. 1 ranked player in the Class of 2027. The junior midfielder has been a constant force for the Irish, who are taking on their toughest schedule in recent years. Davis opened last week with a hat trick and seven draw controls as Notre Dame held off McDonogh (Md.) 9-7. The next day Davis posted four goals and an assist and won eight draws in a hard-fought 13-10 win over Georgetown Visitation (D.C.) to help the Irish run their win streak to four games. Davis is committed to Penn State.

The senior also notched five ground balls, five draw controls and four caused turnovers. Beam is already nearing the 100-point mark 11 games into the season, tallying 66 goals and 28 assists, including an absurd 14-point performance against Jackson (Ohio). WEST
Ryn Gardner, Evergreen (Colo.)
Colorado commit Ryn Gardner continues to prove why she’s one of the most dangerous attackers in the state of Colorado, and this past week was no exception.
The Evergreen standout exploded against Chatfield (Colo.), finishing with an incredible nine goals on 11 shots on goal and five assists, directly contributing to 14 scoring plays in a dominant offensive performance.
Gardner’s performance is nothing new for those familiar with her résumé. A USA Lacrosse All-American and all-state attacker, she has consistently delivered on the biggest stages, including scoring the buzzer-beating game-winner in the 4A Colorado state championship last season.
Evergreen head coach Rachel Sanford summed it up best: “It’s hard to stop Ryn! She’s an attacker that loves to score. She’s scrappy when she has the ball in her stick and is a great finisher.”
