At 11-0 and with the stoutest defense in the land, the Pioneers have climbed to No. 3 in the Nike/USAL Division I women’s poll. It marks the highest-ever spot for Denver in the poll, which is topped by No. 1 Syracuse and No. 2 Northwestern for the third-straight week. Notre Dame also cracked the top 10 after upsetting UNC. Movement — big and small — in Nike/USAL Division II top 20
The top three are the same, but massive shakeups in the rest of the top 10 highlights this week’s Nike/USAL Division II men’s top 20. Notably, Rollins moved eight spots from No. 14 to No. 6. Full rankings. The jostling in the women’s Division II poll was milder.
Christopher Newport, Middlebury Nike/USAL remain atop Division III rankings
But that doesn’t mean our prognosticators rinsed, washed and repeated last week’s top 20. Red-hot Gettysburg is surging in the women’s rankings, while Amherst is making moves on the men’s side.
The Toronto Rock’s big week included a record-setting crowd, an upset of Buffalo and now, the top spot in Jack Goods’ power rankings.
