The Polar Bears, helmed by former California Redwoods head coach Nat St. Laurent, dispatched Aurora 14-7 on Wednesday in the first round of the Division III tournament. They play RIT on Saturday in the second round.
Colin Willits led the charge with four goals and one assist, but Ohio Northern was otherwise balanced — Ian Roy scored twice, and either others scored once. Peyton Lich made 14 saves.
