Girls' Regional Top 10 Rankings: Henderson (Pa.) Drops 'Stoga in Districts
West Chester Henderson (Pa.) showed its regular-season win was no fluke with a district championship win over Conestoga (Pa.) in a key Mid-Atlantic battle. The Northeast also saw a big change with three newcomers emerging in this week's USA Lacrosse High School Girls' Regional Top 10 rankings, presented by CWENCH Hydration.
The Northeast saw Huntington (N.Y.), Penfield (N.Y.) and Nyack (N.Y.) advance to section finals. Doing so enabled them to leapfrog some previously ranked teams and change the bottom of the Top 10 in their region. At the top of the region, Darien (Conn.) and Sayville (N.Y.) extended their unbeaten seasons.
In the Mid-Atlantic Top 10, Henderson is the lone newcomer. They unseat Conestoga to earn a spot.
The Midwest Top 10 had another active week, but no changes to the rankings with every one of the Top 10 that was in action winning. That won't happen next week with a number of head-to-head matchups on the schedule.
The South and West will not be updated until the year-end final rankings because most of their regions have completed play this season.
Below you'll find this week's USA Lacrosse High School Girls' Regional Top 10 updates for the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest and West regions, complete with recaps of the teams' recent and upcoming games.
Compiled by USA Lacrosse writers with input from coaches around the country, rankings and records reflect results as of previous Sunday.

Mid-Atlantic Top 10
One game of enormous significance had a huge effect on the rankings.
West Chester Henderson (Pa.) moved into the Top 10 rankings after defeating Conestoga (Pa.) for the second time this season. The Warriors' win this time was even more significant because it came in the district championship. Henderson also defeated Springfield-Delco (Pa.) in the semifinals.
There's a chance Henderson and 'Stoga could meet again in the state tournament that gets started today. None of the other Top-10 teams were in action last week.
Our Mid-Atlantic rankings cover D.C., Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.

Midwest Top 10
No Top-10 teams lost last week. That won't be the case next week because several ranked teams square off in state tournament play.
Loyola (Ill.) and New Trier (Ill.) take on each other in a premier matchup in the super-sectionals.
That might not even be the best showdown of the week. Hudson (Ohio) brings its unbeaten mark up against Olentangy Liberty (Ohio). Hudson won by a goal in their regular-season meeting.
St. Francis DeSales (Ohio) and Mariemont (Ohio) also face each other in the state semifinals. Both have just one loss apiece.
Our Midwest rankings cover Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio and Wisconsin.
1. Upper Arlington (Ohio), 21-1
After averaging 21.7 goals through their first three Region 3 games, the Golden Bears won a relatively low-scoring regional title game, topping Dublin Coffman (Ohio) 11-6. Ella Smith and Berkeley Thomas both had hat tricks while fellow senior Evie Ruma tallied two goals and an assist. Senior Ellie King added six draw controls, junior Claire Iams had four ground balls and a stingy Upper Arlington defense limited the Rocks to eight shots on goal. Previous: 1
2. Loyola Academy (Ill.), 19-4
The Ramblers have opened the postseason with three straight shutouts. That’s a credit to defenders (and defensive midfielders) like Anne Carpenter (Cal), Lilly Haravon (Michigan), Poppy Callahan, Tess Ginn and Prairie Weber, along with keepers MJ Bukta and Elizabeth Dooley. Molly Dwyer had seven goals and Jillian Rocchio had seven points (three goals, four assists) in the sectional title game for the Ramblers, who next face arch-rival New Trier (Ill.) in the super-sectionals. Previous: 2
3. Hudson (Ohio) 20-0
The Explorers won their fourth straight Region 2 title, topping Avon (Ohio) by 12 in the semifinals and Hoover (Ohio) by five in the title game. Claire Orazen had an absurd seven goals and four assists in the win over the Eagles while Lauren Brownley added three goals and two assists. That sets up a doozy of a state semifinal between Hudson and Olentangy Liberty (Ohio) after the Explorers won their regular-season clash by one and the Patriots won their state semi matchup a year ago by four. Previous: 3
4. Olentangy Liberty (Ohio) 18-3
A fourth straight Region 1 title was far from easy for the Patriots, especially given all they’ve graduated, but they prevailed in tight regional semifinal (11-9 over Olentangy) and title game (12-9 over New Albany) contests. Senior Aubrey Bartosik delivered a six-goal performance against the Eagles while senior Megan Benton and junior Eloise Pohmer also recorded hat tricks. Previous: 4
5. New Trier (Ill.), 18-5
For the second straight season, the Trevians ousted Lake Forest in a tight tournament clash, topping the Scouts 9-8 in their sectional final. Riley Nolan had five points (four goals, one assist) and five draws earlier in the week in an 11-5 semifinal victory over Evanston, a game in which fellow seniors Avery Anderson (three goals, three draws) and Meg Gallagher (saving 10 of 15 shots) also starred. Previous: 5
6. St. Francis DeSales (Ohio) 20-1
The Stallions continue to impress, holding five straight opponents to three goals or fewer and wrapping up a Region 7 title with a 19-3 win over Columbus Academy (Ohio). Senior Campbell Heald had four goals and three assists in the victory, freshman Lillie Bogan also tallied four goals and senior Caroline Cross added a hat trick for DeSales, which next faces Mariemont (Ohio) in a state semifinal. Previous: 6
7. Minnetonka (Minn.) 14-1
The Skippers have been dominant in sectional action thus far, out-scoring Waconia (Minn.) and Delano/Rockford (Minn.) by a combined margin of 34-5. Ingrid Huber and Lilly Palm had seven points apiece in their latest win over the Tigers while Palm also scored five goals in their earlier victory over the Wildcats. That’s no surprise as Palm is averaging just under five goals a game (54 goals in 11 contests). Previous: 7
8. Kentucky Country Day (Ky.), 23-1
The Bearcats delivered another brilliant season, with 19 straight wins to end the year, capped by a third straight state championship. Senior Ellie Beam was remarkable all year, leading KCD in goals (122), assists (58), points (180), ground balls (81) and draw controls (138). Four teammates — senior Ceci Flowers and juniors Preston Amin, Olivia Autry and Payton Jones — also topped 60 points. Previous: 8
9. Mariemont (Ohio), 19-1
After a dominant run to the Region 8 title game, the Warriors were certainly challenged in that championship contest by longtime rival Indian Hill (Ohio). Trailing for much of the first three quarters, Mariemont rallied for an 11-9 win, sparked by a five-goal performance from junior Piper Farrell. Previous: 9
10. Cretin-Derham Hall (Minn.), 13-1
The Raiders haven’t lost since their third game of the season, a one-goal setback against 2025 state runner-up Stillwater (Minn.). Cretin-Derham Hall wasted little time taking control of its Class 1A, Section 3 quarterfinal, out-scoring St. Paul Academy (Minn.) 10-0 in the first quarter. Lilly Selander (four goals, five assists) was one of four Raiders players to record a hat trick, alongside Jaclyn Lundeen, Jordin Rosga and Olivia Struve. Previous: 10
