While four of the five regions have newcomers in their rankings, none of them break in higher than ninth. That's because highly ranked teams in every region like St. Anthony's (N.Y.), Penn Charter (Pa.), West Forsyth (Ga.), Hudson (Ohio) and Sacred Heart Prep (Calif.), held serve in the postseason when it mattered most to fortify their lofty spots in the USA Lacrosse High School Girls' Regional Top 10 rankings, presented by CWENCH Hydration.

Manhasset (N.Y.) climbs into the Northeast Top 10 by following up its win over a ranked Northport (N.Y.) team with another decisive victory. St. Anthony's (N.Y.) closed its season with a championship, as did Sacred Heart Greenwich (Conn.) and Nobles & Greenough (Mass.).

The teams are the same in the Mid-Atlantic Top 10 as a week ago, with unblemished IAAM champion Maryvale (Md.) leading the way. St. Stephen's & St. Agnes (Va.) bumped up one spot by winning a state title to cap its 25-1 season.

Cretin-Derham Hall (Minn.) joins the Midwest Top 10 based off its strong start.

In the West, Marin Academy (Calif.) followed a tight semifinal win by avenging a regular-season loss to win its section and join the Top 10. The region's top three teams — Sacred Heart Prep, Valor Christian (Colo.) and Coronado (Calif.) — won titles to end their years.

Below you'll find this week's USA Lacrosse High School Girls' Regional Top 10 updates for the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest and West regions, complete with recaps of the teams' recent and upcoming games.

Compiled by USA Lacrosse writers with input from coaches around the country, rankings and records reflect results as of previous Sunday.
