Misconduct Reporting

Anyone may report suspected abuse or misconduct. Adult Participants are considered Mandatory Reporters and are required to report suspicions or allegations of abuse or misconduct, including child sexual abuse (see SafeSport FAQ's below for more information on Adult Participants and reporting abuse and misconduct).

Report to the U.S. Center for SafeSport: The U.S. Center for SafeSport (the Center) has exclusive jurisdiction over sexual misconduct and other prohibited conduct outlined in the SafeSport Code, and must be reported to the Center. File a report online or call: 833-5US-SAFE (587-7233)

Report to USA Lacrosse: Reports of emotional and physical misconduct or violations of the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy may be submitted to USA Lacrosse or the Center via the online form below.
