USA Lacrosse, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, is a Recognized Sports Organization of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee. As the governing body of men’s and women’s lacrosse in the United States, we collaborate with passionate experts across the sport to create opportunities for people to enjoy the sport, learn about the game, keep participants safe, and ensure everyone feels welcome. Supporting more than 400,000 members, we provide national leadership, structure, and resources to fuel and unify the sport's growth and enrich the experience of its players, coaches, officials, parents, and program leaders.

Internship Program
USA Lacrosse is proud to offer internship opportunities for current college students who are looking to gain real-world, hands-on experience in the sports industry. Our Interns get to learn from some of the most dedicated and talented professionals in the industry, applying what they are learning as students.
- Hands-on professional experience in their field of study/interest outside the classroom, building skills for their future careers.
- Visibility to how different departments collaborate and an understanding of what each department does to further our mission.
- The chance to “test drive” a specific industry and/or field to determine if it is really what they want to do.
- The opportunity to work with multiple departments throughout USA Lacrosse to understand how they work together.
- Mentoring and networking opportunities, gaining guidance from team members in different departments throughout the organization to further their career readiness and learn what it takes to be successful as they grow their careers.
- The opportunity to get credits while still being college students.
