Division III rankings were shaken up by upsets galore, while Division II remained relatively steady.

Sometimes, rankings are pretty straightforward. This week, we have a new No. 1 — and there’s no quibbling about who it should be.

It is just the end of week two, and Division I women's lacrosse is already looking at one of the most substantial rankings shakeups in recent memory.

Fifty women's players are included on the initial list, and 27 schools are represented.

Fifty men's players are included on the initial list, and 26 schools are represented.

Twenty-seven games are scheduled to broadcast on linear TV.
