Two teams enter the USA Lacrosse High School Boys' South Top 10 in the first update of the region since the preseason.

Jupiter (Fla.) has already benefitted from a strong schedule. The Warriors jumped into the rankings by splitting a pair of games against Top-10 teams. While they lost to top-ranked St. Andrew's (Fla.), which has asserted itself early as the team to beat, the Warriors came back a week later to beat Benjamin (Fla.), 11-9.

Ponte Vedra (Fla.) is the second new team in the Top 10. They have been perfect through their first six games to earn the No. 10 ranking. They stand to move up if they can knock off their fellow newcomer Jupiter at the end of this three-game week.

Unbeatens St. Thomas Aquinas (Fla.) and Episcopal Dallas (Texas) both moved one spot apiece to No. 4 and No. 5 respectively, while Benjamin remains in the rankings at No. 7. The Buccaneers also lost to St. Andrew's, but they gave them their closest contest of the early season.

Presented by CWENCH Hydration, our South rankings cover the region from North Carolina south to Florida and west to Texas. They are compiled by USA Lacrosse writers with input from coaches.
