NORTHEAST
Kieran Walsh, Chaminade (N.Y.)
He wears No. 44, he plays in the goal for Chaminade and he’s committed to Notre Dame. Stop us if you’ve heard this before. And like Liam Entenmann, Kieran Walsh came up huge for the Flyers against archrival St. Anthony’s (N.Y.). The junior made 12 saves, including a point-blank save at the final horn as Chaminade claimed a dramatic 11-10 win, their first against the Friars since 2021. Walsh followed that up with another 12 saves in a 13-5 victory over Fairfield Prep (Conn.) to extend Chaminade’s winning streak to nine straight games. “Kieran is an extremely hard worker, studies film, and never wants a break in practice,” Flyers coach Jack Moran said. “Total teammate.”

Brady Mollot, Archbishop Spalding (Md.)
In a showdown of two of the top three MIAA teams, the junior attackman started his week with three goals and an assist in an 11-6 win over Calvert Hall (Md.). The win kept the Cavaliers in first place in the conference with four games left to play. Mollot delivered four assists in a 15-9 win over Severn (Md.) to finish the week. While Robby Hopper has headlined the defense, it’s been Mollot who has been a huge scorer at the other end for Spalding, which is enjoying a 14-1 start. MIDWEST
Aaron Pressman, New Trier (Ill.)
Ramblers-Trevians is always a big deal in the world of Chicagoland lacrosse, not just for the sake of rivalry but for the sake of charity as this game has raised over $250,000 for Misericordia since 2014. Aaron Pressman defined the latest chapter in this great rivalry. Not only did the Denver commit go 19 of 24 at the X with 16 ground balls, but he won the biggest faceoff of the game, right after Loyola Academy knotted the score at 10 with just over 30 seconds remaining. After winning the faceoff, Pressman surged ahead and slid the game-winner past the keeper with 26 seconds left for the Trevians’ first win over the Ramblers since 2021.
