Every December, our Best of Lacrosse series aims to celebrate the previous year of the sport. Every year, we need your help to make it possible.

Beginning Monday, Dec. 4, you can vote on X (formerly Twitter) to determine winners in 15 #BestOfLax categories. We’ll reveal a new category and new poll every weekday through Friday, Dec. 22. • The NLL announced Thursday a partnership with Marvel focused on honoring lacrosse’s Indigenous origins.

• North Carolina star Alyssa Long was named as one of 15 finalists for the Atlantic Coast Conference’s Go Teach Dr. Pepper Tuition Giveaway.

• Eastern Michigan dropped the schedule for its second season in program history, which includes a matchup with Michigan.

• Villanova men’s lacrosse announced its 2024 schedule, including annual matchups with Penn State and Yale.
