PLL, WLL Dates and Sites Announced for 2026 Season

The Premier Lacrosse League and Women's Lacrosse League released their 2026 schedules on Wednesday, omitting the times and matchups but revealing the dates and venues for everything but the All-Star festivities from July 3-5.

Most notably, the PLL and WLL schedules will run concurrently beginning May 15-17, outside of July 24-26 in Denver, a week the WLL will take off due to the World Lacrosse Women's Championship in Tokyo, Japan. The PLL season begins May 8 — two weeks earlier than ever before and resulting in an overlap with the college season — and the WLL season begins a week later.

The beginning of the 2026 PLL season will also be a departure from years past in terms of starting location. Training camp and Week 1 used to be held in Albany, N.Y., on the campus of UAlbany. Now, the season will kick off in Salt Lake City at Zions Bank Stadium — the same venue for the league semifinals in September.

Subaru Park will play host to the WLL championship, which will be held over one weekend from Aug. 14-16.
