Team USA regained the gold by downing Australia 8-7 in the championship game in Prague, Czech Republic. Devon Wills made seven saves to earn championship game MVP honors and Caroline Cryer had three goals. Sarah Albrecht, Amber Falcone, Kristen Kjellman, Lindsey Munday and Gina Oliver were named to the all-world team.
