The top nine teams remain unchanged at the top of the latest USA Lacrosse WCLA Division I Top 20, including No. 1 UC Santa Barbara, which improved to 15-0 with another victory over a ranked team, downing No. 11 San Diego State, 16-6. The Gauchos are one of six undefeated teams in this week’s ranking.
No. 2 Florida (10-0) strengthened its lead in the SWLL with divisional wins over Florida State and Alabama. Michigan remains in the third position, while defending champion Boston College Club and Clemson are tied for fourth this week.
• WCLA Top 20 Rankings: Division I -- Division II
No. 13 Utah made the biggest jump in this week’s ranking, climbing seven spots following its 17-9 win over then-No. 12 BYU. Florida State is the only newcomer in this week’s ranking, moving in at number 19 following a win over No. 17 Central Florida.
In Division II, Montana State further solidified its hold on number one with a 4-0 week that included wins over No. 2 Denver and No. 7 Air Force. Despite its loss to the Bobcats, Denver remains at number two after a 3-1 week. Concordia, UC San Diego and Missouri combined for an 8-0 week and round out the top five.

Nearly 150 non-varsity collegiate teams comprise the WCLA and compete under the USA Lacrosse umbrella. The season ends every year with the annual Division I and Division II National Championships, which showcase the WCLA’s premier teams. The 2026 championship is scheduled for May 11-16 at the Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples, Fla. and will feature 16 Division I clubs and 12 Division II teams vying for titles.
