SPARKS, Md. — US Lacrosse has officially launched the search for a new Chief Executive Officer and is pleased to announce its partnership with Prodigy Search to conduct the nationwide recruitment process.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall management of US Lacrosse operations. The position provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization and works with the Board of Directors and the senior management team to implement board policies and directives, as well as develop and execute mission priorities.
Additionally, the CEO will provide leadership to the staff management team, oversee, and evolve staff structure, assure the Board of Directors is well informed of strategies and challenges, and direct the organization’s financial function, including the development and management of the annual operations budget.
The CEO will directly manage and provide effective direction to the senior management team, comprised of the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Vice President & Chief Relationship Officer, Vice President of Lacrosse Operations and Vice President of Marketing & Communications, the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and an executive assistant.
