USA Lacrosse, the governing body for lacrosse in the United States, today announced that it has formed a multi-year licensing partnership with CAA Sports Licensing. The two-year agreement will see CAA Sports Licensing assist USA Lacrosse in licensing the commercial use of its brand in connection with the design, manufacture, production, sale, distribution, marketing, promotion, and advertising of branded products and services.

As part of the agreement, CAA Sports Licensing will identify and negotiate potential third-party licensees and coordinate the licensing of USAL products, monitor and oversee the logistics of the license agreements, including royalties, sales reports, and quality assurance, provide strategic licensing advice on direction, revenue maximization, risk mitigation, and brand strategy as it pertains to the USA Lacrosse licensing program and more.
This announcement is the latest for USA Lacrosse, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, and was welcomed as a Recognized Sport Organization (RSO) in the Affiliates Organization Council (AOC) by the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) earlier this month.
CAA Sports Licensing’s clients also include the PGA TOUR, Kentucky Derby, global soccer clubs such as FC Barcelona, Juventus, Arsenal, Liverpool Football Club, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, the Harlem Globetrotters, and more.
