SPARKS, Md. – USA Lacrosse and Lacrosse Unlimited have entered into a long-term licensing agreement that will allow Lacrosse Unlimited to manufacture, market, distribute and sell licensed apparel utilizing the USA Lacrosse wordmark.
“This agreement has been a long time in the making,” said Marc Riccio, CEO of USA Lacrosse. “Joe DeSimone and the Lacrosse Unlimited team have tirelessly built a dynamic lacrosse specialty business. Our two organizations have the same values about lacrosse growth and opportunity for all. This partnership will power our ability to work more closely together to achieve that impact.”

Together, we’re creating more access, more pride, and more connection for the entire lacrosse community.”
As part of the agreement, Lacrosse Unlimited will help support USA Lacrosse’s mission to fuel the growth, enrich the experience and field the best national teams. Lacrosse Unlimited will make quarterly donations to USA Lacrosse and help market the organization through hangtags on licensed apparel and membership inserts to customers.
The agreement formally extends a long-term working relationship between the two organizations. In recent years, USA Lacrosse and Lacrosse Unlimited came together with the local Long Island lacrosse community to help outfit the girls’ lacrosse team at Brentwood High School and the boys’ lacrosse team at Sewanhaka High School. Lacrosse Unlimited has supported USA Lacrosse growth efforts through equipment drives at its retail locations and held fundraisers to support organizations such as Shootout for Soldiers.
“Whenever we go to Joe and Lacrosse Unlimited, they’re always willing to help,” said Harry Jacobs, the USA Lacrosse Regional Director for the North Atlantic region. “He’s very generous and they’re there when we need them. They just do a lot of good things for the sport.”
