Cherry Creek (Colo.) won its first state title since 2019 to cement an undefeated season and make an appearance in the USA Lacrosse High School Boys' National Top 25.

Led by Johns Hopkins commit Ollie Nolting, High Point-bound goalie Owen Corsi and super sophomore Wyatt Branish, the Bruins defeated Valor Christian (Colo.) 11-8 in the Class 5A final to finsh 19-0 and debut nationally at No. 25. It was their eighth championship overall.

No. 2 Loomis Chaffee (Conn.) cemented its spot in the rankings with an 8-7 win over Choate (Conn.) in the Founders League championship game. Loomis played catch-up through most of the first half, but took a 7-6 lead going into the fourth quarter and allowed only a late goal to capture their second straight league title.

Haverford School (Pa.) moved up two spots from No. 13 when it defeated former No. 11 Malvern Prep (Pa.) for the state title. It was the third meeting of the year between the two perennial Pennsylvania prep powers who had split their first two games. The Fords won the grudge match by a goal.

There are only a few ranked teams still left in action. Delbarton (N.J.), Half Hollow Hills (N.Y.), New Canaan (Conn.) and Seton Hall Prep (N.J.) all are getting into their respective state tournaments. Cherry Creek joins Half Hollow Hills as the only unbeaten teams in the Top 25.
