St. Andrew's (Fla.) Win Over BL, Narrow Loss to Chaminade Show in Rankings

St. Andrew's (Fla.) was quite the rude spring break host.

The Scots knocked off previously ranked Boys' Latin (Md.) — their first win over the Baltimore private school since 2008 — and then took Long Island powerhouse Chaminade (N.Y.) to overtime to vault into the top 10 of this week's USA Lacrosse High School Boys' National Top 25, presented by CWENCH Hydration.

Meanwhile, unbeaten Western Reserve (Ohio) has three wins over MIAA schools to bolster its new No. 11 spot.   

Episcopal (Pa.) is off to an unblemished start, including a win over Georgetown Prep (Md.). It's Georgetown's only loss this year, and both are new to the rankings this week. The fourth newcomer is Darien (Conn.) which is part of the final wave of teams to open play and primed for another great season.

Delbarton (N.J.) took advantage of the start of its season to pick up a quality win over previously ranked Haverford School (Pa.) to move up five spots. Landon (Md.) also moved up after holding tight to an impressive Culver Academy (Ind.) squad that's unbeaten thus far.

There could be movement at the top with a pair of showdowns to highlight this week. Chaminade and St. Anthony's (N.Y.) battle early in the week and Lawrenceville (N.J.) and Malvern (Pa.) square off at the end of the week.
