USA Lacrosse High School Boys' National Top 25 Unchanged Going Into State Matchups
Only one top-10 team and six ranked teams played this past week and there was no movement in the USA Lacrosse High School Boys' National Top 25, presented by CWENCH Hydration.
La Salle (Pa.) is gearing up for the Pennsylvania AAA state tournament that begins today. The Explorers look to add to their modest five-game winning streak when they host Spring-Ford (Pa.) in the first round.
St. Augustine (N.J.), Seton Hall Prep (N.J.), Delbarton (N.J.) and Summit (N.J.) are all in state postseason tournaments. St. Augustine and Seton Hall Prep could face each other in a semifinal. Delbarton waits on the other side of the bracket. Summit is in a public-school bracket and all eyes are on the Hilltoppers, who have not lost to a public New Jersey team this season.
Garden City (N.Y.) is the only top-10 team still playing. The Trojans lost to Manhasset (N.Y.) in overtime in the Nassau County championship game Monday. The result is not reflected in this week's national rankings, but will be in the public school rankings Thursday.
