Cambridge (Ga.) captured a state title to make the move to No. 1 in the South Region, one of a number of changes in the regional rankings.
Sayville (N.Y.) and Westhampton (N.Y.) enter the Northeast Region rankings after notable wins. Providence Day (N.C.) jumps into the South rankings after its state championship run.
The Mid-Atlantic and Midwest Regions remained the same for a week. Redwood (Calif.) debuted in the West Region after securing a state title by upset.

NORTHEAST Top 10
The top six teams were perfect last week and Sayville (N.Y.) and Westhampton (N.Y.) moved into the Northeast Region rankings.
St. Anthony’s (N.Y.) wrapped up its second unbeaten season in a row to secure the No. 1 spot. No. 2 Nyack (N.Y.) is also perfect on the year. No. 3 Sacred Heart Greenwich (Conn.), No. 4 Darien (Conn.), No. 5 Bayport-Blue Point (N.Y.) and No. 6 Cicero-North Syracuse (N.Y.) all kept pace last week.
Smithtown West (N.Y.) moves up one spot after adding a pair of wins to its resume. It’s the same for Garden City (N.Y.) which slides up to No. 8. Sayville and Westhampton have identical 13-3 marks that helped bring them back into the Top 10 rankings.
Sayville won a high-scoring game over Shoreham-Wading River (N.Y.). Westhampton upended previously ranked West Islip (N.Y.).

1. St. Anthony’s (N.Y.), 17-0
The Friars made it six NSCHSAA titles in a row, defeating St. Dominic (N.Y.), 16-2, at Adelphi University. Emma Speed (Florida), Molly Hiney (Johns Hopkins) and Kat Rathjen (Florida State) each had three goals and one assist as St. Anthony’s went undefeated for a second straight year. Previous: 1
2. Nyack (N.Y.), 16-0
Abby Gould had seven goals and one assist, Ella Gould (Michigan) had four goals and two assists, Lila Gilbart had four goals and two assists and Kayleigh Cassidy and Jane Gould each had two goals and one assist in an 18-5 win over Albertus Magnus (N.Y.) to cap an undefeated regular season. 3. Sacred Heart Greenwich (Conn.), 16-2
Daphne Fallon (Georgetown) had five goals, Peyla Carcaterra had four goals and two assists, Charley Bacigalupo (Notre Dame) had three goals, one assist, seven draw controls and eight ground balls and Ryan Hodge added one goal and two assists in a 12-8 win over Phillips Exeter (N.H.). Previous: 3
4. Darien (Conn.), 13-2
The Blue Wave defeated Fairfield Warde (Conn.), 20-3, ahead of a final regular season meeting against Staples before the FCIAC tournament kicks off. Previous: 4
5. Bayport-Blue Point (N.Y.), 15-1
Ava Meyn (Maryland) and Aubrie Eisfeld (Clemson) had five goals and two assists apiece, Emma Shanahan (Quinnipiac) had three goals, Sara Richardt (Binghamton) dished out five assists and Olivia Brady and Kailey Bruckner (Towson) each had two goals and one assist in an 18-9 win over Mt. 6. Cicero-North Syracuse (N.Y.), 14-1
Sophia Nesci had six goals and five assists, Elizabeth Smith had three goals and three assists, Gabrielle Putman had two goals and three assists and Miabella Gates added two goals in a 19-9 win over Baldwinsville (N.Y.). Previous: 6
7. Smithtown West (N.Y.), 13-2
Alyssa Lorefice (Rutgers) had two goals and three assists, scoring the winner to cap a six-goal fourth quarter comeback in a 13-12 win over Rocky Point (N.Y.). Jolie Schiavo (James Madison) and Kate Theofield (Rutgers) scored three goals each, and Vanessa Pollina (Adelphi) had a pair of goals. Previous: 8
8. Garden City (N.Y.), 15-2
Arcangela Haffner (Holy Cross) had three goals and one assist, Averie Smith (Yale), Tori Ottomanelli (Harvard), Kathryn Monaco (Villanova) and Emerson Goettelmann (URI) scored two goals apiece to lead the Trojans to a 20-3 win over Division (N.Y.). Garden City is the top seed in the Nassau Class B tournament. Previous: 9

Dylan McNamara and Sophia Buffardi (North Carolina) had three goals and one assist apiece, Carly Cangelosi (Rutgers) had two goals and two assists, Sophia Cangelosi (Michigan) and Abby Galaris (Wesleyan) each had two goals and one assist, and Olivia Desimone (Florida State) added one goal and five assists in a 16-12 win over Shoreham-Wading River (N.Y.). Ava Derby (Maryland) had three goals and one assist, Reese King (North Carolina) netted a hat trick and Maya Farnan (UPenn) made six saves in a 10-6 win over West Islip (N.Y.) as Westhampton set a program record for regular season wins. Previous: NR

Mid-Atlantic Top 10
Only four teams in the Mid-Atlantic Region Top 10 were still active last week, and more seasons are winding down.
No. 1 Episcopal (Pa.) cemented its spot and finished off its perfect season with a hard-fought win over No. 7 Agnes Irwin, which has only lost to one other team all season. Agnes Irwin is continuing its season in the state playoffs.
Two things continued for Manchester Valley (Md.) — the Mavericks’ season after they advanced to the state tournament semifinals and their dominance. Manchester Valley has won every state game on their run so far by at least 16 goals.
The only other ranked team still active is Chatham (N.J.) which used an unforgettable comeback to pull out an overtime win over perennial power Oak Knoll (N.J.). It was enough to keep the Cougars at No. 9 in the rankings with just one loss all year.

1. Episcopal (Pa.), 18-0
Tied at halftime with No. 7 Agnes Irwin (Pa.), the Churchwomen pitched a shutout in the second half on their way to a 6-3 win to cap an unbeaten season and claim the outright Inter-Ac championship. It’s their fifth straight Inter-Ac title. Sofia Gagliardi scored twice and had an assist, Quinn Whitaker and Maura Irish each scored two goals as well and Teagan Cook dished out two assists. 2. Maryvale (Md.), 13-5
The Lions came on strong down the stretch to win their first IAAM A Conference since 2002. Maryvale avenged two earlier losses to show improvement when it counted the most. Maryvale was down, 5-4, before scoring the final three goals for a 7-5 win over Archbishop Spalding (Md.). Previous: 2
3. Archbishop Spalding (Md.), 13-5
The Cavaliers reached the IAAM A championship game despite losing two of their top players to season-ending injuries midway through the year. The Cavaliers also came on strong when it mattered the most, winning several close games down the stretch to play for their first conference crown. Previous: 3
4. McDonogh (Md.), 14-3
The Eagles earned the top seed in the IAAM A Conference after losing only once in conference during the regular season. Unfortunately their second conference loss came in the IAAM semifinals against Maryvale. Their only other loss came against Episcopal (Pa.) in an otherwise terrific season. Previous: 4
5. St. Paul's (Md.), 12-4
The Gators came into the season hoping to rebuild for a fourth straight IAAM championships, but came a step short of the title game. Third-seeded St. Paul’s lost, 10-9, to Archbishop Spalding in the semifinals to end their season. St. Paul’s had won six straight games leading into the semifinal loss. Previous: 5
6. Manchester Valley (Md.), 18-0
The top-seeded Mavericks advanced to the Class 2A final against Glenelg High (Md.) with a 19-1 win over C. Milton Wright (Md.). Addison Meyer and Taylor Fique scored five goals apiece, Emma Penczek scored a hat trick with three assists and Carolyn Lowe scored once and had two assists. The quarterfinals saw them win, 20-2, over Hereford (Md.) behind Penczek’s 12 points, Haylee Bittinger’s four goals and four assists, Fique’s six goals and assist and Emelyn Scott’s four goals. They won the 2A West I Region final, 18-1, over Century (Md.). Previous: 6
7. Agnes Irwin (Pa.), 16-3
The Owls were tied at halftime, but could not overtake Episcopal Academy (Pa.) in a 6-3 loss in the regular-season final. Agnes Irwin returned to action in the PAISAA quarterfinals with a 17-7 win over Springside Chestnut Hill (Pa.). Caroline Chisholm and Kelsey Young each scored hat tricks, Lucy Schardt won seven draw controls, Mairyn Dwyer scored twice and had two assists and Lucy Page and Ella DelAcy each had two goals apiece. The top-seeded Owls face fifth-seeded Germantown Academy (Pa.) in the semifinals on May 20. Previous: 7
8. Good Counsel (Md.), 18-3
The Falcons stormed out to a 12-2 halftime lead and earned their fourth straight WCAC championship with a 14-7 win over St. John’s College (D.C.) for their fourth straight WCAC crown. It was their 20th straight appearance in the title game. Annabelle Walsh led the team with four goals. The Falcons won 17 straight games to close the season. Previous: 8
9. Chatham (N.J.), 16-1
The Cougars beat Mendham for the second straight time, 15-11, to start the week, then came up with a remarkable comeback to defeat Oak Knoll (N.J.), 11-10. Chatham trailed, 10-4, with 6:34 left in the fourth quarter. They rallied to force overtime and won it in the second overtime on Leah Tapper’s free position goal. Grace Hallahan scored five goals and added an assist, Peyton Furst scored a hat trick with an assist and Annie Irish scored twice. Ava Cantillion dished out three assists. Hallahan had another five goals and Ashlyn Carpenter scored a hat trick and had two assists in a 10-6 win over Montclair Kimberley (N.J.) at the end of the week. They finish the regular season against Northern Highlands (N.J.). Previous: 9
10. Stone Ridge (Md.), 17-5
The Gators avenged two of their regular-season losses on their way to their third straight Independent School League championship. Stone Ridge followed up an overtime win in the semifinals with a 13-10 win over top-seeded St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes (Va.) to end their season on a high note. They won their final six games after a loss to Potomac (Md.) on April 15. Previous: 10

South Top 10
State championships by Cambridge (Ga.) and Milton (Ga.) enabled them to jump to No. 1 and No. 2 respectively in the South Region.
Both teams rode long winning streaks to their titles with Cambridge getting the nod for the top spot after its midseason head-to-head win over a Milton team that had some impressive out-of-region wins. Florida and Texas teams had completed their seasons the week before.
The lone newcomer to the region is Providence Day (N.C.). The Chargers won the state title by six goals to jump into the South rankings.

1. Cambridge (Ga.), 19-2
The Bears earned their second straight state championship by easily toppling Blessed Trinity (Ga.) 17-6. Kylie Stitcher had five goals in the win, while Jenna Reagan Lundstedt earned a hat trick. They won their last 13 games. Previous: 3
2. Milton (Ga.), 20-2
For the seventh full season in a row, the Eagles were crowned state champions. Milton toppled Creekview (Ga.) 17-5 in the state title game. The 2025 season was highlighted by wins over Mid-Atlantic No. 2 Maryvale (Md.) and Potomac (Va.). Previous: 4
3. Lake Highland (Fla.), 20-4
The Highlanders captured their first state championship since 2022 by stunning defending champs American Heritage-Delray (Fla.) 6-5. Freshman Giselle Jaskiewicz had a team-leading 73 goals. Junior Sally Flynn had 30 helpers. Previous: 1
4. American Heritage-Delray (Fla.), 18-3
The Stallions suffered their first in-state loss in three years, falling 6-5 to Lake Highland in the state final — a repeat of the 2022 championship outcome. Emma Hrzich led American Heritage-Delray with 52 goals, while Lily Svirsky had a team-leading 61 assists. They had a strong win over Georgetown Visitation (D.C.) in midseason. Previous: 2
5. Hockaday (Texas), 19-1
The Daisies won their fifth straight state championship, defeating The Woodlands (Texas) 20-8 with big games from Sunnie Wang and Mae Flanagan. Hockaday had an unbeaten season within the state of Texas, with its only loss coming to Notre Dame (Md.). Previous: 5
6. IMG Academy (Fla.), 10-4
The Ascenders closed out the season with a 12-11 win over Cherry Hill West (N.J.). Charlotte Vandenberg led the team with 33 goals and 14 assists, while Avery Adkin recorded 19 caused turnovers. Notable wins included one over St. Anne's-Belfield (Va.). Previous: 6
7. Plant (Fla.), 24-0
The Panthers completed a perfect season by defeating Lake Mary (Fla.) 10-7, building a 9-2 halftime lead. McKenzey Craig had a team-high of 81 goals while teammate Katie Fisher contributed 67 tallies. Previous: 7
8. Anderson (Texas), 12-1
The Trojans’ unbeaten run ended in a 10-6 loss to Southlake (Texas) in the state quarterfinals. Jillian Murphy led the team with 52 goals and 26 assists. Anderson had outscored opponents 191-59 prior to their loss. Previous: 8
9. Oceanside Collegiate (S.C.), 18-4
The Landsharks claimed the state title with a 12-8 win over Bishop England (S.C.). Teagan Scott posted six goals and three assists in the game and totaled 91 goals and 63 assists on the season. Kaitlyn Boerst added 61 goals and 45 assists. Previous: 9
10. Providence Day (N.C.), 20-1
Marlo Stuart’s five-goal effort helped lift the Chargers to a 14-8 win over Charlotte Country Day (N.C.), earning her squad a state crown. Providence Day previously defeated Cannon 15-4 to earn a spot in the state title game. Previous: NR

Midwest Top 10
Top to bottom the Midwest Region held form with many of the teams ramping up for their state tournaments.
Loyola Academy (Ill.) won’t kick off their postseason until the start of next week, but they look primed for another run. New Trier (Ill.) made a nice statement with a convincing win over a good team and they’ll have another strong challenge before the regular season ends.
No. 7 Carmel (Ind.) is already in the semifinals in its state tournament and Guerin Catholic (Ind.) has breezed through two rounds already.
No. 3 Olentangy Liberty (Ohio), No. 5 St. Frances DeSales and No. 6 Hinsdale Central (Ill.) will try to uphold their top seedings in their respective tournaments.

1. Loyola Academy (Ill.), 18-2
The Ramblers dominated their lone match of the week, topping Saint Ignatius College Prep (Ill.) 19-2 behind five goals and an assist from senior Grace Dwyer. Senior Keira Cushing and sophomores Kathleen Devine and Molly Dwyer added five points apiece for Loyola, which starts postseason play May 26. Previous: 1
2. New Trier (Ill.), 16-3
The Trevians have some exciting games to round out the regular season, including Monday’s 17-7 win over Evanston (Ill.), just the Wildkits’ third loss of the year. Seniors Ellie Bornhoeft, Matty Meier and Holly Smith had four points apiece for New Trier, which has an intriguing regular season finale coming May 22 against 15-3 Lake Forest (Ill.). Previous: 2
3. Olentangy Liberty (Ohio), 17-1
After a week and a half off, the top-seeded Patriots begin their Region 1 journey at home against No. 11 Westerville South (Ohio). Three Liberty players ended the regular season with triple-digit points: seniors Madeline Pohmer (82 goals, 24 assists, 106 points) and Corinna Hilmas (92 goals, 13 assists, 105 points), and junior Aubrey Bartosik (24 goals, 91 assists, 115 points). 4. Upper Arlington (Ohio), 15-4
The Golden Bears ended the regular season with just one in-state loss, to Olentangy Liberty, with its other three losses all coming by a single goal. So, yes, Upper Arlington can compete with anyone, including this past week’s 14-6 win over a very solid Thomas Worthington (Ohio) team in which junior Evie Ruma exploded for five goals and an assist. 5. St. Francis DeSales (Ohio), 17-1
The Stallions finished the regular season on a 14-game win streak, capped by a 10-goal win at Dublin Jerome (Ohio). The top seed in Region 7, DeSales’ quest to repeat as state champs begins May 22. Previous: 5
6. Hinsdale Central (Ill.), 14-5
The Red Devils, like the Ramblers and Trevians, are to no one’s surprise a top seed in their sectional. Ella Parker-Briones has been a strong leading scorer for Hinsdale Central with 53 goals and 17 assists while fellow senior Peyton Moncrief has a team-leading 96 ground balls and 76 draw controls to go with her 35 goals. 7. Carmel (Ind.), 17-3
Just four teams remain in Indiana’s Class 2A tournament and it’s no shock that the Greyhounds are still standing following a 16-4 first-round win over Penn (Ind.) and a 15-5 state quarterfinal victory over Brebeuf Jesuit Prep (Ind.). Previous: 7
8. Guerin Catholic (Ind.), 17-1
The past three seasons have ended with a Greyhounds-Golden Eagles state title game and the latter are certainly doing their part as well, outscoring Park Tudor (Ind.) and Center Grove (Ind.) by a combined margin of 31-6 in the first two rounds of the tournament. Previous: 8
9. Prior Lake (Minn.), 11-0
The Lakers continue to impress, including doubling up on a solid Farmington (Minn.) team on the road. Tali Baldzicki, Emerson Mattox and Britney Pinkowski had five points apiece in the win while Lauryn Knutson added a seven-point performance later in the week. Previous: 9
10. Hudson (Ohio), 18-0
The Explorers survived a tough test in their regular season finale, edging neighboring Western Reserve Academy (Ohio) 17-12, before shutting Riverside (Ohio) out to start the tournament. Seniors Lexie St. Pierre and Mackie Stickler continue to set the tone, combining for 89 goals, 54 assists and 177 draw controls, while Hudson’s seven-person zone has fared magnificently. Previous: 10

West Top 10
Coronado (Calif.) finished off its unbeaten season in impressive fashion to stay at No. 1 in the West Region.
Redwood (Calif.) debuted in the rankings this week, and there were wholesale changes to the rankings thanks to plenty of quality playoff matchups.
Sacred Heart Prep (Calif.) avenged a pair of losses by knocking off St. Ignatius (Calif.) to ascend to No. 2. Valor Christian (Colo.) sealed its first Class 5A state title with its 13th straight win. Foothill-Santa Ana (Calif.) handed Mira Costa (Calif.) their first loss of the season to vault to No. 5 in the rankings.
Redwood used a one-goal upset of San Ramon Valley (Calif.) to debut this week at No. 6. No. 9 Evergreen (Colo.) held off Green Mountain (Colo.) for its second 4A state title in four years.

1. Coronado (Calif.), 19-0
Coronado was crowned the CIF-San Diego Section champions after a 16-4 rout over at the No. 2 seed Cathedral Catholic (Calif.). The Islanders were up a staggering 11-0 after just the first quarter and the Dons could not catch up, surrendering five more goals before the final buzzer. Previous: 1
2. Sacred Heart Prep (Calif.), 18-2
Sacred Heart Prep secured its third CCS Championship after knocking off the top seed and then-ranked No. 3 St. Ignatius (Calif.) in a hard-fought 10-8 victory. It’s their first championship since 2021. Freshman Mollie Pepper netted the game-high five goals. The Gators found their revenge after previously losing to the Wildcats twice in the regular season. 3. Valor Christian (Colo.), 17-1
Valor Christian concluded its historic season with the program’s first-ever CHSAA Class 5A State Championship. The Eagles were on a 12-game winning streak heading into the title game and, at the No. 1 seed, totaled 57 goals and only had 19 against throughout the entire tournament. Three different Eagles recorded hat tricks in the championship: Leele Bigelow (Stanford), Morgan Gunnersen and Olivia Laselle. Valor Christian was the tournament runner-up in 2021 and 2022. 4. St. Ignatius (Calif.), 17-5
After defeating Woodside (Calif.) and Menlo School (Calif.), St. Ignatius fell 10-8 in a heartbreaker to now No. 3 Sacred Heart Prep (Calif.) in the CCS Championship game. Junior Sadie Ghali was unanimously named the CCS Defender of the Year, while senior Millie Bartlett (UPenn) earned CCS Co-Midfielder of the Year. Previous: 3
5. Foothill-Santa Ana (Calif.), 20-2
In the postseason finale, Foothill-Santa Ana clinched the CIF-SS Division 1 title after taking down previously-ranked No. 6 Mira Costa (Calif.), 12-7. Florida State-bound Brynn Perkins led the attack with five goals and added one assist, one ground ball and a draw control. It marks the program’s fifth overall CIF-SS D1 championship and first since 2023. Previous: 7
6. Redwood (Calif.), 19-4
Redwood was crowned the CIF-NCS State Champions for the first time since 2022 after upsetting then-No. 2 San Ramon Valley (Calif.), 10-9, in the title game. The Giants defeated Tamalpais (Calif.) in the semifinals to advance. Redwood previously lost to San Ramon Valley in the regular season and was knocked out by the Wolves in last season’s tournament championship. Previous: NR
7. San Ramon Valley (Calif.), 18-4
In the CIF-NCS championship, San Ramon Valley fell in a narrow 10-9 loss to the No. 2 seed Redwood (Calif.). The Wolves defeated Marin Catholic (Calif.), 14-11, in the semifinals to advance to their third consecutive title game. Eight student-athletes were named to the EBAL All-Conference First and Second Teams, including the Offensive Player of the Year Ava Horrocks. Previous: 2
8. Mira Costa (Calif.), 18-1
Mira Costa’s undefeated reign ended in the CIF-SS Division 1 championship game after a 12-7 loss to Foothill-Santa Ana (Calif.). The back-to-back Bay League conference champions finished 18-1 overall and will graduate seven seniors. Previous: 6
9. Evergreen (Colo.), 16-2
Inside the University of Denver’s stadium, Evergreen clinched the CHSAA Class 4A State Championship with a 19-16 victory over Green Mountain (Colo.). It marked the program’s second consecutive and third overall state title. In the last four years, the Cougars have not dropped a WCLA League game and have won four straight conference titles while racking up a 55-18 record and two state championships. Previous: 8
10. ThunderRidge (Colo.), 15-3
ThunderRidge edged then-No. 10 Regis Jesuit (Colo.), 15-14, in the CHSAA Class 5A Tournament semifinals before coming up short, 12-8, to No. 3 Valor Christian (Colo.) in the championship game. Senior Rocquette Allen (Syracuse) netted the game-high five goals and added two assists and three draw controls. Previous: 9
