Nyack (N.Y.), Prior Lake (Minn.), Hudson (Ohio) Still Unbeaten in Regional Ranks

The USA Lacrosse High School Girls' Regional Top 10 Rankings were unchanged this week as teams in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest Regions held their spots.

The matchups will get increasingly challenging as teams go deeper into their tournament schedules, and there are some potential great showdowns ahead.

The Mid-Atlantic and the Midwest did not see any newcomers, and the South and West are not updated this week because most teams in their regions already had finished their seasons.
