Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. It’s coming!
The third annual National Celebrate Lacrosse Week kicks off on Nov. 4, and there’s still time to sign up for a free Pick Up & Play clinic at locations around the country. Designed for brand new players, let a friend know about these clinics.
2. An Entrepreneur at Heart.
Former Virginia men’s lacrosse player Griffin Spolansky made the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. He’s the co-founder and CEO of Mezcla, a plant-based protein bar.
In 2019, Griffin Spolansky helped the Hoos win their eighth men's lacrosse national championship. Four years later, he's the co-founder and CEO of Mezcla, a plant-based protein bar that's projected to earn nearly $5 million in revenue this year.#GoHoos
