Save the Date: National Lacrosse Hall of Fame Ceremony is on October 2

By Paul Ohanian

After a delay of almost one year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the members of the Class of 2020 will be officially welcomed into the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame this fall.

The induction ceremony for eight new inductees will be hosted by USA Lacrosse on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at The Grand Lodge in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Tickets will be available for online purchase only, beginning in August.

The inductees in the Class of 2020 are Rob Bordley, Roy Condon, John Desko, Ericka Leslie, Lisa Griswold Lindley, Laura Harmon Schuman, Joe Seivold, and Amy Appelt Slade.

Induction ceremony tickets will be offered at two pricing levels. General admission tickets are $175. Tickets for current National Lacrosse Hall of Fame members are $50. All tickets include open bar, hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and dessert. The event begins at 6 p.m.

The annual Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is a black-tie-optional gathering of the game's "greatest" and considered to be the premier USA Lacrosse event of the year. It is designed to serve as a celebration to honor the men and women, past and present, whose contribution to the game of lacrosse has been deemed worthy of their induction into the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

Note: The Class of 2021 will be celebrated at a date yet to be determined, likely to be in the early part of 2022. The 2021 inductees are: Sheehan Stanwick Burch, Patty Daley, Jenny Levy, Ryan McClay, John Pirro (posthumous), Tony Resch, Kris Snider, and Beth Stone. More details to be announced in the near future.
