Archbishop Spalding (Md.), Lake Mary (Fla.), Oceanside Collegiate (S.C.), Prior Lake (Minn.) and Evergreen (Colo.) are new teams in this week's USA Lacrosse High School Girls' Regional Top 10 rankings.
Compiled by USA Lacrosse writers with input from coaches around the country, rankings and records reflect results as of previous Sunday.

NORTHEAST Top 10
There was only one change in the Northeast Region. Garden City (N.Y.) moved up to No. 8, flipping spots with Sayville (N.Y.) after the Trojans handled Manhasset (N.Y.) in the Woodstick Classic, while Sayville was a hard-luck loser to No. 4 Bayport-Blue Point (N.Y.) in a great Suffolk County showdown.
St. Anthony’s (N.Y.), Darien (Conn.) and Nyack (N.Y.) continue to set the pace in the region with just one loss between them. No. 2 Darien defeated New Canaan (Conn.) and Summit (N.J.) to keep on the heels of St. Anthony’s.
No. 6 West Islip (N.Y.) ran its win streak to nine games while No. 7 Smithtown West picked up a narrow win over East Islip (N.Y.) to regain momentum. Westhampton (N.Y.) earned a quality victory over Rocky Point (N.Y.) to solidify its No. 10 ranking.

1. St. Anthony’s (N.Y.), 12-0
Anna Christie (Northwestern) had four goals and two caused turnovers, Katherine Rathjen (Florida State) had three goals and two assists, Emma Speed (Florida) had two goals and three assists and Molly Hiney (Johns Hopkins) added two goals and two caused turnovers, while Julia May (Syracuse) anchored a stifling defensive effort in a 15-4 win over New Canaan (Conn.). 2. Darien (Conn.), 11-1
Following a 9-2 win over rival New Canaan, the Blue Wave knocked off Summit (N.J.), 10-4 Katie Walsh (Colgate), who scored four goals in the win over the Rams, and Hope Hapgood (Dartmouth) scored two goals apiece, Cameron Pokorny (Penn) had a goal and three assists and Anna Von Kennel (Florida) and Ava Cesare both had a goal and an assist. 3. Nyack (N.Y.), 12-0
Abby Gould had three goals and one assist, Ella Gould (Michigan) had two goals and one assist, Kate Gould (Yale) had one goal and three assists, Kayleigh Cassidy (Jacksonville) had two goals and one assist and Lila Gilbart, Casey Cummings (Syracuse) and Ava von Kleeck each scored twice in a 15-0 win over Tappan Zee (N.Y.). Allie Pisano had five goals and one assist, including the 100th of her career, Julia Bruno (Pittsburgh) scored four times, Olivia McKinnon (Albany) had three goals, Maia Pronti (Georgetown) had two goals and six assists and McKenna Anderson (Arizona State) netted twice in a 20-6 win over Mercy (N.Y.). 6. West Islip (N.Y.), 10-2
Ava Obloj (Florida) netted a hat trick, Jenna Obloj had two goals and one assist, Francesca Tofano (Yale) had a pair of goals and Makenna Gagliardi (Penn State) made five saves in a 10-9 win over Harborfields (N.Y.), extending the Lions’ winning streak to nine straight games. Previous: 6
7. Smithtown West (N.Y.), 9-2
The Bulls bounced back from a one-goal loss to West Islip to defeat East Islip (N.Y.), 8-6. Kate Theofield (Rutgers) had four goals, Alyssa Lorefice (Rutgers) had one goal and two assists, Sidney Marks (Molloy), Ashley Mennella (UMass) and Madison Nuzzi (LaSalle) had one goal apiece and Maribella Marciano (Lehigh) made four saves. 8. Garden City (N.Y.), 12-2
Tori Ottomonelli had four goals and was instrumental on the draw circle, Kim Colucci struck for a hat trick, Ashley Clark had one goal and two assists, Arcangela Haffner had one goal and one assist and Kate Connolly made five saves in a 12-5 win over Manhasset (N.Y.), the Trojans’ third straight in the Woodstick Classic. Sophia Buffardi had three goals and one assist, Dylan McNamara had two goals and an assist and Carly Cangelosi and Morgan Farrell both had a goal and an assist in an 11-10 loss to Bayport-Blue Point. Previous: 8

Reese King (North Carolina) had three goals and three assists, Maiya Boughal (Dartmouth) added a pair of goals, Meaghan Tufano (Hofstra), Brie Provenzano (Quinnipiac), Hailey Donahoe and Ava Derby (Maryland) scored one goal apiece and Maya Farnan (Penn) made 10 saves in a 9-3 win over Rocky Point (N.Y.). Mid-Atlantic Top 10
Archbishop Spalding (Md.) has played its way back into the top 10 with an eye-opening win over McDonogh (Md.) that also had national ramifications.
The top four teams remained intact, with McDonogh (Md.) holding the No. 2 spot based on its body of work. Really, any of the top four IAAM teams could win the title. This week begins with intriguing semifinals between McDonogh and Maryvale (Md.) and defending champion St. Paul’s (Md.) and Spalding.
Good Counsel locked up the top seed in the WCAC to close out its regular season strong. St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes (Va.) settles for a co-championship in the ISL after Georgetown Visitation (D.C.) beat the Saints for its most impressive win of the year. Chatham (N.J.) opened its county tournament with a pair of romps while 14-1 Severna Park (Md.) is the tough-luck team that is bumped just outside the top 10.

1. Episcopal (Pa.), 16-0
If this sounds familiar, it is. The Churchwomen cruised to two more wins. After a 14-6 win over Notre Dame Academy (Pa.) they blanked Germantown Academy (Pa.) 18-0 Kate Dente scored four goals and had three assists, Sofia Gagliardi scored a hat trick, and Maura Irish had two goals and two assists in the win over GA. Nora Bailer won seven draw controls. They face Springside Chestnut Hill (Pa.) this week’s only game. Previous: 1
2. McDonogh (Md.), 14-2
IAAM playoffs are underway. The top-seeded Eagles bounced back from a 13-3 loss to Archbishop Spalding (Md.) to end the regular season by bouncing eighth-seeded Bryn Mawr (Md.) 16-9 in the quarterfinals. Payton Magday scored seven goals, Ava Fossati had four goals and three assists and Paula Cook won nine draws. They take on fourth-seeded Maryvale (Md.) on May 6. The finals are slated for May 9 at USA Lacrosse. Previous: 2
3. St. Paul's (Md.), 12-3
The Gators have run their winning streak to six straight. St. Paul’s finished the regular season with a 9-6 win over Maryvale (Md.) in a battle of teams that were tied with three IAAM losses apiece. That helped them earn the No. 3 seed, and they opened the IAAM playoffs with a 9-4 quarterfinals win over John Carroll (Md.), the same score that they won by in the regular season. Sofia Herrera had eight draw controls, nine ground balls and eight clears and the Maryland-bound defender added a goal during the week. The Gators will have a chance to avenge one of their early season losses in the semifinals when they play at Archbishop Spalding (Md.). Previous: 3
4. Manchester Valley (Md.), 14-0
Emma Penczek continues to reset records, and the Mavericks continue to win. They swept Francis Scott Key (Md.), Oakdale (Md.) and Hereford (Md.) to finish the regular season perfect. Penczek had 17 goals, nine assists and 18 draw controls in the week. Her goal-scoring snapped Katie Schwarzmann’s Carroll County career record set in 2010. Penczek now has 308 goals. On the week, Haylee Bittinger had 24 draw controls and seven goals, Taylor Fique scored 11 goals, had 11 assists and 13 draws, and Carolyn Lowe dished out 13 assists and scored five times. 5. Archbishop Spalding (Md.), 12-4
The Cavaliers picked up another huge win when they destroyed McDonogh (Md.) 13-3 in their annual One Love game to end the regular season. It was the first loss in the IAAM for the Eagles, and it earned Spalding the No. 2 seed for the IAAM playoffs. Spalding has beaten No. 1 McDonogh, No. 3 St. Paul’s and No. 4 Maryvale (Md.) during the regular season. The Cavaliers had a tight one to open the playoffs, but pulled out a 9-8 win over seventh-seeded St. Mary’s (Md.) in the quarterfinals. They host St. Paul’s in the semifinals May 6. Previous: NR
6. Agnes Irwin (Pa.), 13-2
Denver commit Rowan Lawrence had a goal and four assists in a 10-6 win over Penn Charter (Pa.). The Owls also took care of Springside Chestnut Hill (Pa.) 18-10 to end their week. They’ll play Notre Dame Academy (Pa.) and Germantown Academy (Pa.) this week. Previous: 6
7. Good Counsel (Md.), 15-3
The Falcons have won 10 straight. They beat St. John’s College (D.C.) 12-10 on Senior Night to clinch the top seed in the WCAC. It was St. John’s first loss in league and Good Counsel is a perfect 8-0 in league. The Falcons finished the regular season with a 15-2 win at St. Mary’s Ryken (Md.). They’ll take aim at their fourth straight WCAC crown when the playoffs begin. The championship is scheduled for May 12 at Georgetown University. Previous: 8
8. Maryvale (Md.), 11-5
The fourth-seeded Lions opened the IAAM playoffs with an 18-9 win over Notre Dame (Md.) in the quarterfinals. Maryvale dropped a 9-6 decision to St. Paul’s (Md.) earlier in the week to end their regular season. Now the Lions take on top-seeded McDonogh with a chance to avenge an earlier one-goal loss. 9. St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes (Va.), 19-2
The Saints saw their win streak come to an end with an 11-10 loss to Georgetown Visitation (D.C.). straight games. They got right back to their winning ways with a 20-6 win over Maret (D.C.) and 18-4 triumph over Bishop Ireton (Va.). Lillian Israel had 11 goals in the week and Chloe Lambert won 17 draws, scored seven times and had four assists. SSSA will share the ISL regular-season title with Visi and Potomac (Va.), but the Saints are the top seed for the ISL tournament. They were scheduled to host Maret again May 5 in the quarterfinals with the winner facing the winner of Episcopal (Va.) and Visi. Previous: 5
10. Chatham (N.J.), 11-1
The Cougars rolled through the first two rounds of the Morris County Tournament. Grace Hallahan had a hat trick and Annie Irish scored twice in a 16-4 win over Whippany Park (N.J.) in the first round. In the quarterfinals, Ashlyn Carpenter finished with a hat trick while Peyton Furst and Irish had two goals and two assists apiece in a 17-4 win over Mount Olive (N.J.). The Cougars next play Morris Knolls (N.J.) in the semifinals. Previous: 9

South Top 10
The South Region certainly felt the effects of playoff lacrosse.
The top five teams held serve. American Heritage-Delray (Fla.) moved into the state semifinals. Cambridge (Ga.) and Milton (Ga.) seem ever connected, and both advanced to quarterfinal games. Hockaday (Texas) opened its postseason with a 10-goal win.
But after No. 5 IMG Academy (Fla.), whose season already ended, things look a lot different. Anderson (Texas) was upset in the state quarterfinals to end its bid for a perfect season and drop one spot. Unbeaten Plant (Fla.) took its spot as it heads to the state semifinals. Lake Mary (Fla.) won a regional crown and now moves into the state semifinals and back into the top 10.
Congratulations go to new No. 9 Oceanside Collegiate Academy (S.C.), which capped its terrific season with a state title. Lake Highland (Fla.) holds the final spot after extending its run to the state final four.

1. American Heritage-Delray (Fla.), 17-2
The Stallions advanced to another state Final Four after defeating St. Andrew’s (Fla.) 15-7 and King’s Academy (Fla.) 21-3. Senior Emma Hrzich scored six goals in the super regional win. They face the Community School of Naples (Fla.) in the state semifinals. Previous: 1
2. Cambridge (Ga.), 16-2
The Bears reached the state quarterfinals with a 20-2 win over Greater Atlanta Christian (Ga.). Kasey Dwyer scored four goals, while Gabi Johnson and Sarah Segar each added hat tricks. Cambridge next faces Centennial (Ga.). Previous: 2
3. Milton (Ga.), 17-2
The Eagles defeated Johns Creek (Ga.) in the playoffs to reach the state quarterfinals. Milton will face Pope (Ga.) next. Previous: 3
4. Hockaday (Texas), 17-1
The Daisies opened the postseason with a 22-12 win over Kinkaid (Texas) and will meet Southlake (Texas) in the state semifinals on May 10. Previous: 4
5. IMG Academy (Fla.), 10-4
The Ascenders concluded their season with a 12-11 win over Cherry Hill West (N.J.). Highlights included a win over McDonogh (Md.). Charlotte Vandenberg led IMG with 33 goals and 14 assists, while Avery Adkin led the team with 19 caused turnovers. Previous: 5
6. Plant (Fla.), 22-0
The Panthers are two wins away from an undefeated season after a 19-8 win over Manatee (Fla.) in the regional final. Ashlyn Bell scored six goals. Earlier, McKenzey Craig posted 10 points in a 20-9 win over Riverview Sarasota (Fla.). Plant will face Hagerty (Fla.) for a berth in the state final. Previous: 7
7. Anderson (Texas), 12-1
The Trojans' perfect season ended with a 10-6 loss to Southlake (Texas) in the state quarterfinals. Previous: 6
8. Lake Mary (Fla.), 18-3
The Rams earned a regional title with a 7-2 win over Bartram Trail (Fla.), following an 18-4 win over Tocoi Creek (Fla.). Lauren Arigo has been Lake Mary’s top scorer, with 45 goals heading into last week. They next face Vero Beach (Fla.) in the state semifinals. Previous: NR
9. Oceanside Collegiate (S.C.), 18-4
The Landsharks captured the South Carolina state title after defeating Bishop England (S.C.) 12-8. Teagan Scott had six goals and three assists. She previously posted two goals and seven assists in a semifinal win over Christ Church Episcopal (S.C.). Previous: NR
10. Lake Highland (Fla.), 18-4
Piper Bell tallied four goals and one assist in a 19-2 win over Bishop Moore (Fla.). Sophie Van Marcke de Lummen added five goals in a regional semifinal win over Tampa Catholic (Fla.). Lake Highland will face Episcopal Jacksonville (Fla.) in the state Final Four. Previous: 10

Midwest Top 10
Prior Lake (Minn.) moved into the Midwest Region rankings after dealing Lakeville South (Minn.) its first loss since June 2023.
Upper Arlington (Ohio) rode two strong efforts to a boost its ranking and St. Francis DeSales (Ohio) also climbed significantly with a 13-1 start. Hudson (Ohio) remains unbeaten after 12 games.
Loyola Academy (Ill.) continues atop the rankings with two more quality wins. No. 2 New Trier (Ill.) also knocked off a pair of tough opponents, and No. 3 Olentangy Liberty (Ohio) has made things look easy, more than doubling its opponents, 246-112, this season.

1. Loyola Academy (Ill.), 15-2
The Ramblers cemented their place at the top of the Midwest, doubling up on previously undefeated Detroit Country Day (Mich.) Friday, then rallying past Upper Arlington (Ohio) Saturday. Loyola never led in the latter until the very end, tying the score on sophomore Kathleen Devine’s goal with six seconds remaining. Junior Mia Chupaila added the game-winner in overtime, while Marquette commit Emily Couri tallied three goals, an assist, three caused turnovers and four ground balls. Previous: 1
2. New Trier (Ill.), 12-3
The Trevians’ week included two tight wins and myriad heroes. Senior Meg Riley scored half of New Trier’s goals in a 6-2 win at Hinsdale Central while junior keeper Meg Gallagher tallied seven saves. Gallagher had seven more saves in the Trevians’ 10-9 win over Upper Arlington (Ohio). Senior Matty Meier added a goal and four assists, then had four goals in a 16-6 win over Detroit Country Day (Mich.) the following day. Previous: 2
3. Olentangy Liberty (Ohio), 14-1
The Patriots continue to score at a crazy rate, averaging 17.7 goals over their last seven games, including 37 in two wins this past week. Senior Madeline Pohmer played a leading role, per usual, with a whopping nine goals in an 18-8 win over New Albany (Ohio), to go with eight draw controls, four caused turnovers and four ground balls. 4. Upper Arlington (Ohio), 11-4
Yes, the Golden Bears lost two heartbreakers, but if anything they gained respect with the way they competed against Illinois top dogs Loyola Academy and New Trier. Indeed, Upper Arlington led most of the way in both games, ultimately dropping both by a single goal apiece. Previous: 7
5. St. Francis DeSales (Ohio), 13-1
The Stallions ran their win streak to 10 and their lone loss this season came against Upper Arlington, which continues to prove itself among the Midwest’s best with a pair of one-goal losses to Loyola Academy and New Trier. Coming off competitive wins over Bishop Watterson (Ohio) and Mariemont (Ohio), St. Francis DeSales’ tough in-state competition continues with Thomas Worthington (Ohio) and Worthington Kilbourne (Ohio). 6. Hinsdale Central (Ill.), 13-4
It was a tough week for the Red Devils, who reached double digits in 12 of their first 13 games before scoring five goals combined in close losses to in-state foes New Trier and Downers Grove. Maybe a 15-6 bounce-back victory over a solid York (Ill.) team will get Hinsdale Central back on track. Previous: 4
7. Carmel (Ind.), 13-3
The Greyhounds enjoyed a 3-0 week, scoring 14 goals apiece in wins over in-state foes Bishop Chatard, Cathedral and Westfield, as they approach the end of the regular season in the Hoosier State. Previous: 5
8. Guerin Catholic (Ind.), 13-1
The Golden Eagles are undefeated since their April 1 loss to Carmel in a rematch of the last three state title games. That includes this past week’s comfortable 15-3 win over Brebeuf Jesuit Prep (Ind.) as Guerin Catholic looks to enter the postseason with plenty of momentum. Previous: 6
9. Prior Lake (Minn.), 6-0
The Lakers had one of the top victories of the year, snapping Lakeville South’s (Minn.) 23-game win streak with an 18-11 victory. Abby Grove did it all with four goals, an assist and 11 draw controls while Tali Baldzicki had a team-high five goals. Grove added five goals just two days later in a 15-10 win over Maple Grove (Minn.) to stay undefeated. Previous: NR
10. Hudson (Ohio), 12-0
The undefeated Explorers continue to roll, shutting out Aurora (Ohio) Tuesday before doubling up on Strongsville (Ohio) two days later for a pair of dominant in-state wins. Solid competition awaits this week as well as Hudson travels to 10-win Solon (Ohio) and hosts nine-win Revere (Ohio). Previous: 10

West Top 10
Evergreen (Colo.) has come on strong down the stretch, defeating former No. 6 ThunderRidge (Colo.) to jump into the rankings at No. 8.
The top four teams in the region remain the same, led by a Coronado (Calif.) squad that beat another regional top-10 team, Cathedral Catholic (Calif.). Unbeaten through 17 games, Coronado is just one of the West teams on a hot streak. Valor Christian (Colo.) has reeled off 10 straight wins heading into its playoffs. No. 6 Mira Costa (Calif.) hasn’t lost yet in 16 games.

1. Coronado (Calif.), 17-0
Coronado rounds out its regular season as the West’s No. 1 team after defeating previously ranked No. 9 Cathedral Catholic (Calif.), 14-10, and University City (Calif.), 18-3. The Islanders enter the playoff season on a 17-game winning streak and lead the California San Diego Section Western League. Previous: 1
2. San Ramon Valley (Calif.), 15-3
San Ramon Valley defeated Monte Vista (Calif.), 15-7, to wrap its regular season. The Wolves are No. 1 in the East Bay-Mountain conference and 8-0 in league play heading into their first playoff game against Acalanes (Calif.) on May 6. Previous: 2
3. St. Ignatius (Calif.), 15-4
St. Ignatius went 2-0 last week, defeating St. Francis (Calif.), 16-3, before securing a narrow 6-5 victory over No. 4 Sacred Heart Prep (Calif.) in the regular season finale. The Wildcats were led by senior middie Millie Bartlett (Penn), who recorded a hat trick and anchored by junior goalkeeper Sam Lundquist (UC Davis) with four saves. They remain the only defeated team in the WBAL-Foothill league heading into the postseason. Previous: 3
4. Sacred Heart Prep (Calif.), 16-2
Sacred Heart finished the regular season with victories over St. Francis (Calif.) and Menlo-Atherton (Calif.), combining for 21 goals and eight against, then slipped, 6-5, in a heartbreaker to No. 3 St. Ignatius (Calif.). The Gators are second in the league behind the Wildcats. Previous: 4
5. Valor Christian (Colo.), 13-1
Valor Christian capped its regular season with a 3-0 road trip. First, the Eagles defeated rival Colorado Academy (Colo.) in a tight 11-9 victory then dominated Chatfield (Colo.), 19-6, and Denver East (Colo.), 13-4. Valor Christian is on a 10-game winning streak heading into the playoffs, where they will take on Castle View (Colo.) in the first round of the 5A CHSAA State Tournament on May 7. Previous: 5
6. Mira Costa (Calif.), 16-0
Mira Costa were scheduled to open the playoffs against JSerra Catholic (Calif.) on May 5. The Mustangs previously defeated the Lions, 15-5, in their second match of the regular season. Previous: 7
7. Foothill-Santa Ana (Calif.), 17-2
Foothill-Santa Ana was crowned the Crestview League Champions for the sixth consecutive year and were to take on Mater Dei (Calif.) in the first round of the playoffs on May 5. Up next is Mater Dei (Calif.) for the regular season finale. The Knights previously defeated Mater Dei, 10-7, in the regular season. Previous: 8
8. Evergreen (Colo.), 12-2
Evergreen is riding an eight-game winning streak headed into its postseason. The Cougars upset then-No. 6 ThunderRidge (Colo.) in their regular season finale with four different players recording multi-goal games. Evergreen earned the No. 1 overall seed in the Class 4A CHSAA playoffs and received a bye to the second round; they will take on the winner of Grand Junction (Colo.) and Horizon (Colo.). Previous: NR
9. ThunderRidge (Colo.), 12-2
ThunderRidge edged Regis Jesuit (Colo.), 9-8, before falling in a narrow 11-10 loss to Evergreen (Colo.). The Grizzlies capped their regular season with a 16-4 rout of Mullen (Colo.). ThunderRidge was led offensively by junior Lynsey Dondero (San Diego State University) and senior Riley Rivera (Florida Southern). They remain the only undefeated team in the 5A South conference and take on Northfield (Colo.) in round one of playoffs on May 7. Previous: 6
10. Cathedral Catholic (Calif.), 13-4
In the regular season finale, Cathedral Catholic defeated La Jolla (Calif.), 19-8, after falling, 14-10, to No. 1 Coronado (Calif.). Against the Islanders, junior goalkeeper Lyla Palecek (Denver) recorded a career-high 19 saves between the posts. The Dons rank second in the league behind Coronado as they head into postseason play.
