Sacred Heart Greenwich (Conn.) lost three of its first four games this season, but since then has rattled off four straight wins, including three straight high-quality victories to vault into the top 10 of the USA Lacrosse High School Girls' National Top 25, presented by CWENCH Hydration.

After the Tigers knocked off Episcopal (Pa.) last week, they defeated Noble & Greenough (Mass.) and then handed Ridgewood (N.J.) its first loss to climb nine spots.

Unbeatens Maryvale (Md.) and Darien (Conn.) continue to set the pace at the top of the rankings. Both defeated  St. Paul's (Md.) this week and the Blue Wave also stopped Wilton (Conn.) and Garden City (N.Y.).

There are five undefeated teams in the top 10 overall. Phillips Andover (Mass.), Sayville (N.Y.) and Conestoga (Pa.) are a combined 28-0.

Keeping with the theme, a pair of unbeatens are the lone teams to debut in this week's Top 25. West Islip (N.Y.) has wins over Harborfields (N.Y.) and Wilton in its 8-0 start. Manchester Valley (Md.) has picked up from last year's unbeaten season with a 9-0 record. Among its wins is a decisive victory over Roland Park (Md.), which is just 6-9, but earlier beat McDonogh (Md.) and has a gut-wrenching six one-goal losses.

The Eagles have since bounced back with four straight wins, and picked up key league and regional wins with national implications when they defeated Archbishop Spalding (Md.) and St. Mary's (Md.)

Good Counsel (Md.) has rebounded from its first loss with three straight wins, including one good national win over South force Milton (Ga.). Good Counsel gets its shot at Sacred Heart Greenwich this week in another great game with national implications. West Islip could climb further if it upends Sayville in a battle of New York unbeatens this week. Manhasset (N.Y.) also puts its perfect mark on the line at the end of the week when it goes out of state to face Chatham (N.J.)
