High School Boys

Connecticut has entered the chat. Staples (Conn.) and Darien (Conn.) vaulted into the top 10 of this week’s USA Lacrosse Public High School Boys’ National Top 25.

Danny Rooney, Brady Mollot,  Jack Pisciotta, Declan Ryan and Joey McNamara were instrumental to their team's successes this week.

Culver (Ind.) won its Midwest showdown over unbeaten Western Reserve (Ohio) while a marquee Connecticut meeting went to Avon Old Farms over unbeaten Loomis Chaffee.

Brunswick (Conn.) and Lawrenceville (N.J.) are the new No. 1 teams in the Northeast and Midwest, respectively. Rankings are presented by CWENCH Hydration.

Fast starts by Empire State teams Syosset, Cold Spring Harbor and Niskayuna earn them spots in the national rankings.

Mac Privateer, Will Trymbiski, James Finch, Bryceson Lamoureux and Ross Jacobsen were critical to their team's successes this week.

Brunswick (Conn.) edged Mid-Atlantic Nos. 1 and 2 Episcopal (Pa.) and Lawrenceville (N.J.) in one week.
