June 24, 2024: Execution of this Agreement. To complete the Agreement, make sure you have: (1) site director’s contact information and (2) shipping address (must be residential)
September 10, 2024: Coach Roster and USA Lacrosse Bronze Certification Level proof of completion.
September 10, 2024: Venue and Event Submission information.
(Failure to meet deadlines will jeopardize participation.)
