Angela McMahon, an assistant coach on the 2019 U.S. women’s U19 staff, is serving as the manager for the 2024 U.S. Women's U20 National Team.

McMahon has achieved success at every level of her career. She completed her first year as the associate athletic director and girls’ varsity lacrosse coach at Deerfield Academy (Mass.) in 2023 after a sterling tenure as a college lacrosse coach. She won more than 200 games in her career as a college head coach, including a 192-35 record at UMass where she won 11 Atlantic 10 regular season championships and eight tournament titles. She led the 2016 UMass team to the NCAA quarterfinals. Before coaching, McMahon was a member of Kelly Amonte Hiller’s first team at Northwestern and helped the Wildcats reach the NCAA quarterfinals by her senior year in 2004.
