A wizard with the stick ... and his feet

Michael Sowers is a matchup nightmare and the U.S. team plans to use him as a weapon all over the field. Whether its coming out of the box or dishing from X, Sowers will be a key cog of the U.S. offense. It won't be the first time he's played that role for a U.S. team. Sowers led the 2016 U.S. U19 team to a gold medal with a team-high 11 assists and was tied for the team lead with 22 points, earning him all-world recognition.

Sowers piled up numbers in his college career at Princeton and Duke. He finished his career with 225 assists and 383 points, both second in NCAA history at the time. He was a two-time Tewaaraton finalist and set Princeton's all-time scoring mark with 302 points in less than four full seasons before closing his career with a masterful 81-point season at Duke.

Sowers helped the Waterdogs win the 2022 PLL championship with 32 points and played in the league's all-star game.
