Team Operations Administrator

Sarah Albrecht Meehan, a two-time gold medal winner as a player with the U.S. national team, is serving as the team operations administrator for the U.S. sixes national team.

Meehan was the head coach at the University of New Hampshire from 2013 through 2021, earning America East Coach of the Year honors in 2019. She led the school to six America East tournament berths in her eight seasons. She previously served as an assistant coach at both Massachusetts and Harvard.

As a player, she earned All-World honors at both the 2009 and 2013 World Cups, playing alongside current U.S. sixes head coach Lindsey Munday. That came on the heels of a magnificent career at Northwestern, where she helped the Wildcats win the first two national championships in school history (2005 and 2006). She was a four-time captain, was named the Most Outstanding Player of the 2006 NCAA championship and finished her Northwestern career with 128 goals and 71 assists.
