Since its first foreign tour in 1935, the U.S. women’s national team has been chasing the dual purpose of winning on the field and helping to grow this great game. The chase has been successful with the U.S. winning eight of the 10 championships sponsored by World Lacrosse and inspiring tens of thousands of young girls to pick up a stick.
