Equipment Grants

This grant is available for qualifying Boy's or Girl's Field Teams, Boy’s or Girl's Box Lacrosse Teams, community programs or Physical Education classes. Click here to learn more.

Player Clinic Grants

TryLax™ Clinic

TryLax is an exciting option for local programs to recruit new players into the sport and their organization. Through this clinic, USA Lacrosse member organizations can introduce lacrosse to boys and girls, ages 6-14, for the first time, with the necessary resources to provide a safe and fun introductory experience. By following TryLax best practices, local organizations can introduce boys and girls (ages 6-14) to lacrosse for the first time through a safe and fun 90-minute introductory experience. TryLax clinics are delivered by USA Lacrosse certified coaches from the host team and neighboring organizations. This grant is available for qualifying USA Lacrosse Member Organizations. About TryLax™: Sankofa Series Clinics

USA Lacrosse has committed to offering free youth clinics for boys and girls from underrepresented lacrosse communities. USA Lacrosse supports local organizations in the planning and implementation of a clinic, while clinicians provide hands-on instruction and mentorship. TryLax:Sankofa Series Clinics are available for programs and organizations that offer lacrosse participation opportunities in which a majority of the participants are youth of color.

Financial Support

National Diversity Grant Program

The USA Lacrosse National Diversity Grant Program (NDGP) provides funding to qualified organizations that initiate programs and projects that promote lacrosse participation and education. The NDGP is intended for community organizations or sports-based youth development organizations that provide direct services for underrepresented youth in lacrosse. Click here to learn more.

Urban Lacrosse Alliance

Through the Urban Lacrosse Alliance (ULA), USA Lacrosse supports self-sustaining youth organizations with education and resources as they provide playing opportunities in urban communities. Successful applicants must demonstrate financial need and provide lacrosse participation opportunities and life-skill enrichment for participants in urban or underrepresented communities.
