SPARKS, Md. — A 24-player roster representing 15 states will take the field this fall as the 2026 U.S. Boys’ U19 Youth National Team. USA Lacrosse announced the roster Tuesday.
Carolina Chaos head coach Steven Brooks and U.S. National Team legend Joel White are co-head coaches of the team, with Haverford College assistant Cole Kirst and O’Dea (Wash.) head coach Will Snider rounding out the coaching staff. All four have professional lacrosse experience.
The team will make its international debut at the Brogden Cup (Sept. 25-27) at USA Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md., before traveling to Oshawa, Ontario, for the Rivalry Challenge (Oct. 9-11).
Led by highly ranked Class of 2027 recruits George Caldroney (Princeton) and Ben Waechter (Duke), the team features seven players who suited up for U.S. Youth National Teams a year ago. Also returning are Tate Fontanazza (Navy), Evan March (Maryland), Brennan Reilly (Lafayette), Connor Song and Declan Vaughan (Colgate).
Among the new additions this year are a pair of Inside Lacrosse five-star prospects in Fin Kilbourne (Princeton) and Leif Anderson (Notre Dame). Part of the USA Lacrosse National Team Development Program, the team was selected following months of regional ID clinics and a national combine earlier this summer.
The 2026 U.S. Boys’ U19 Youth National Team will make its international debut at the Brogden Cup, held Sept. 25-27 at USA Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md. Competing against teams from Lacrosse Canada and the Haudenosaunee Nationals, the Americans will be tested in both the field and sixes disciplines while gaining their first experience representing the United States together.
