A veteran on the U.S. team, Becca Block remains at the top of her game after an outstanding summer in Athletes Unlimited

One of three returnees to the veteran U.S. team defense, Becca Block will be leaned on heavily at this year's world championship. A member of the national team program since 2012, Block is looking for her second gold medal.

Block has played in all three professional lacrosse leagues — UWLX, WPLL and Athletes Unlimited — and was named as the top defender in Athletes Unlimited last season.

A dynamic midfielder, Dempsey earned her first U.S. team invite after scoring 103 points in leading Boston College to the NCAA championship game in 2018. She combined for 195 points her final two seasons and never let her foot off the gas pedal.

The former Tewaaraton Award winner helped lift Boston College's program to new levels

Apuzzo has followed her record-setting career at Boston College by becoming a fixture in the U.S. national team program and starring at the professional level. She was tied for second on the team in points (28) and assists (14) in helping the senior field team win the world championship in 2022.
