Jay Dyer serves as the strength and conditioning coach for all of the U.S. men's and women's senior and U20 national teams.

He is also in his 20th season as the strength and conditioning coach for the Johns Hopkins men’s lacrosse team. Dyer works with the team throughout the year and is also responsible for producing the team’s summer conditioning program.

Those are just some of the attributes that have made Caitlyn Wurzburger one of the most electric players in the sport. From the day she committed to college as an eighth grader, and really before, she's been as good as advertised.

Even with her senior season cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she finished her career at American Heritage with an astounding national high school record of 1,027 points. She made the varsity as a seventh grader and had over 100 goals and 100 assists in four separate seasons.
