Kylie Ohlmiller holds the NCAA’s career scoring record with 498 points during her career at Stony Brook and has played in the U.S. national team program since 2016. She was a gold medalist for the 2022 U.S. women’s national team and was on the training team for the 2024 World Lacrosse Box championships. She was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 Women’s Professional Lacrosse League draft and has played with Athletes Unlimited since 2021.
Katie (Rowan) Thomson is in her seventh year as the head coach at UAlbany and led the Great Danes to the America East championship and the NCAA second round in 2023. She previously led Wagner to two NCAA berths. One of the most decorated players in the sport’s history. Thomson scored 396 points in her career at Syracuse and then won two gold medals with the U.S. national team. Her 69 career points in World Cup play is the second-highest in U.S. history and she was an All-World selection in 2013.
Lindsay (Lewis) Teeters is in her fifth year as the head coach at American and led the school to the Patriot League tournament in 2022, the school’s first appearance in the tournament in nearly a decade. Teeters, a two-time All-American at Boston University and past U.S. national team player, was also an assistant coach at James Madison, George Washington and Virginia Tech in addition to coaching stints at the high school and club levels.

Jessy Morgan is the athletic director at Garrison Forest School in Baltimore. Morgan, a past U.S. national team member, previously served as the head coach at both George Mason and Howard. As a player, she was a captain at Virginia and helped the Cavaliers win the 2004 NCAA championship. She also spent four years as an assistant coach at her alma mater. In her six seasons at George Mason, the Patriots went 59-36 and her 62.1 winning percentage is the best in school history.

This is Lauren (Schwarzmann) Skellchock’s fifth straight year working with the NTDP program. The Johns Hopkins alum was a multi-year player with the U.S. national team and has been the head coach at Mount St. Mary's since 2015. Skellchock led The Mount to Northeast Conference championships and NCAA tournament berths in 2021 and 2022.
After a standout playing career at Ursinus College, a decorated club career, and four years as a member of the USA program (1977-1980), Ramsey embarked on a successful high school and college coaching career in 1980. She began at St. Catherine’s School in Richmond, where she led her team to the league championship.
