Reporting 

File a Report with the U.S. Center for SafeSport

Reports involving suspected or alleged Sexual Misconduct must be submitted to the U.S. Center for SafeSport, which has exclusive jurisdiction over such cases within the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement. The Center also accepts reports of Physical & Emotional Misconduct and Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP) violations. Reports can be submitted by calling 833-5US-SAFE (587-7233) or through their online reporting form.

Reports involving Criminal Charges, Physical & Emotional Misconduct, or violations of the USA Lacrosse Athlete Protection & Safety Policy, including the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention policy may be made through our online misconduct reporting form.

When to Report to Your Local Program

For all reports involving peer-to-peer bullying, adult-to-adult bullying, parent complaints, violations of team rules and team code of conduct, and violations of team policies, including the MAAPP, please make a report directly to your local program leadership.
