Coaches submit nomination(s) to Chair for AA, AAA & Bob Scott

Chair compile a list of nominees for AA & Bob Scott
Coaches vote on each AA nominee from 1 -5 based on three criteria: Value to team, Athletic ability, how nominee represents Ohio South.

Coaches select which is the best nominee for Bob Scott based on their resume

Chair submits AAA to the Dean of Academics at Summit. Her team review the transcripts and submit back to the Chair from #1 - ..... Chair submits that list to the Awards Committee
(four coaches, made up of D1, D2 & Club coaches) for input and review and make adjustments if needed.

Chair ranks the nominees. send back to the coaches THAT VOTED to review for errors, (how each coach voted is clearly shown on the excel voting sheet).

Submit to USL for approval before releasing the final selections for the coaches to release
