1. First Team All Conference players will automatically be eligible for All-State voting. Coaches are allowed to submit "wild card" nominees beyond First Team All Conference at their discretion. These wild cards will be judged statistically and by strength of schedule against peers in their position for inclusion in All-State voting.
2. The committee members each rank top 10 in each position, 10 being the highest, with top point getters in each position making All State.
3. The All-American requirements and nomination will remain the same, as it is dictated by USAL. Please see attached USAL High School Awards Handbook.
4. The selection committee will consist of two coaches from each conference with seats first being filled by current WGLCA board members, then volunteers for remaining open positions. For example, the makeup this year would look as follows:
Badger: Brandon Peterson, (volunteer)
Bay Valley: (volunteer), (volunteer)
Classic 8: Carly Clementi, Kevin Lowman
Midwest Classic/Greater Metro: Chelsea Horne, (volunteer)
North Shore: Kate Viviano, Katie Cubberley
