St. Sebastian's (Mass.) and Choate (Conn.) debut at No. 9 and No. 12, respectively, in the latest USA Lacrosse rankings after starting their seasons with a bang.

Duke is certainly in the conversation, but really could use a victory over Syracuse or North Carolina this month.

Potomac (Va.) overtook a pair of regional opponents and Rye (N.Y.) used a perfect week to move up in the USA Lacrosse High School Girls' National Top 25.

"The standard is Florida," Flagler coach Grant Kelam said. "That's very apparent now."

Also in this week's USA Lacrosse High School Girls' Regional Rankings, Cold Spring Harbor (N.Y.), Potomac (Va.) and Detroit Country Day (Mich.) debut.

There is an enormous bubble featuring 14 teams for seven spots.
